We have a number of separate product categories, so we like to have several pixels installed. Being not technical we had some issues between the new Facebook app and Trakify. Support was fast and solved the problems on a call.

First of all, GREAT customer support. They even asked me for a call to check if everything was set up correctly which was super helpful and awesome. Trackingwise this app has been a game-changer hands-down, with great features in the app, as well as super-accurate tracking (Facebook was mistracking by A LOT). It has definitely been a key part of scaling my store to multiple 6-figures. Highly recommend this app for anyone struggling with mistracking, and overall Facebook analytics/data.

I had problems with tracking due to the residue of another app, I wrote to support and in a very short time I was answered by Tanmay, a very nice and very competent guy who solved the problem in screensharing, all at 4 am, very satisfied

This app has made tracking data from fb so easy, as well as creating segmented audiences and catalogs for fb. In the last 4-5 years working with Trackify I have only had two issues and both times customer service was very helpful in fixing the problem. Would definitely recommend them!

Such a superb app! I use Trackify on all my stores and it is truly the best app for tracking data and managing pixels. There is nothing else like it, all the more, Trackify was the first app to do anything like this and even integrated with Shopify before Shopify had the integration with Facebook. I wholeheartedly recommend the app! Additionally the customer service is frankly superb.

Tanmay B was extremely helpful with setting up the app. I had first given up on trying to figure everything out, but they reached out to me and gave me amazing assistance. This app automatically makes changes to your live theme as soon as it is installed without any notice or option to install in a dev theme. In our case, it completely wiped out our checkout.liquid file (Shopify Plus) making it impossible for customers to checkout. After reverting the code, just the action of opening the app broke it again. Please be extremely cautious if you want to try this app and work with a Shopify Expert to install and test on a dev environment first.

Excellent support. I struggled with tracking, but they are very helpful and it works now. I used a few weeks to try to track things with different apps, but did not work well. After I got trackify to work, it tracks everything. ALSO server side!

I need to update my initially positive review. Everything started amazing. Great setup support to lure us in. We set this up in 4 of our stores. But then just days later, the tracking broke completely. No conversions tracked, tracking was completely off. We couldn't fix it and had to turn off our ads. We reached out to support with an urgent request, our messages were read, but no one replied. Eventually, they did with a day delay promised to fix it, which never happened. Deleting this app now after 3 days of no support fixing the issue.
