Overall, Track123 is a great service. When you put in the tracking number and hit "track," it redirects you to the Track123 website. However, when you hit "track" a second time, it provides a clean and organized presentation of the status of your customer's order. I highly recommend using Track123.

I've been using Track123 for a while now, and I cannot be happier with the results. It's easy to setup (still takes a bit of tinkering around but that's to be expected when you want something that works well and can cater to your specific needs), I get all the functionality I need, and it saves me tons of time. When I had questions about setting up (which I did about branding), the customer support team in the live chat was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend at least trying out their free tier to see if it works well for you.

Works very well, great extension that everybody needs to add to their shopify stores, so many people just don't have any tracking and their business suffers because of it.
