This app is great for customers because as a customer, I would love to track my package and make sure it comes at a certain time so that I can get it as soon as possible.

#1 Alex in support = awesome support (just note their hours of operation aka ask). This is by far the best app for tracking, fast, lean use of code, integrates with shopify notifications to reduce app load on the store. Tracking page setup is virtually automatic and so easy to customize. If your carrier/courier cannot provide an estimated delivery date - GET this app and all your problems are solved in 15 seconds of setup. It also pulls data from carriers that others could not like 17Track or RUSH (want EDD with Rush> Prepare to spend $200 a month). Overall so simple to setup, great help pages for more difficult tasks and the fastest app I have tested to date - code appears to be very lean and well structured. To put it in perspective... my only support request was for a color setting CSS and this was already available in setup area. Speaks volumes about the app and ease of use! I do still have to use for awhile to speak to long-term use, but I see no reason why anything would change or fail. Get it! No more headaches or frustration.
