This tracking app is fantastic! I am using two dropshippers and it helps me track packages and lets my customers look them up directly from my website. And they truly offer the best customer support ever! If you have an issue they'll work hard to resolve it for you to get you back in business. I used Track123 to provide my site with tracking services for CJpacket. It works very well. In fact, it is also able to signal delivery status to your store and from there you can build delivery notifications which is usually an expensive feature!

I used this app to help my customers feel reassured when buying from us as they can see where their product is, accurately, easily and with different ways of tracking such as, email, phone number, order number & tracking number allowing them to be able to easily access their tracking info.
