Track123 has been useful for tracking orders for our customers. It's customization options give it more flexibility than other apps. I enjoyed the free version, unfortunately they are moving to a pricing model. Because of this, I might seek out other options.

Amazing useful application on shopify, a must have when opening a store here on Shopify. it shows where your customers packages are, in a clean manner. It's also very helpful when dropshipping as it helps filter out unwanted details.
