Track123 has been useful for tracking orders for our customers. It's customization options give it more flexibility than other apps. I enjoyed the free version, unfortunately they are moving to a pricing model. Because of this, I might seek out other options.

I really liked the app! I've just implemented the app, and although I haven't used it to track any orders yet, the design and visuals are excellent!

I would totally recommend this app as it makes it easy for customers to track their orders. It has a default view and a more modern view that shows the location of where your package is currently at. What I like the most about this app is that it is inside your store, customers don't need to go to an external link to track their order. This is a great feature as it gives more trust to your customers!

Track123 is one of those must-have apps in your Shopify store, as it is extremely easy to set up, and full of features. It also comes with two slick themes that are well-suited for any store. Support is also very kind and quick in replying. Highly recommended!
