Great free app, can be slow and have server issues. Some features missing such as being able to block out by hours instead of days.

Your work as a product reviewer is done. Now is the time for the Call to Action, when you ask your customer to click a button to be passed off to the closer, the site where they will buy. Make the button to buy the last possible avenue. This may include a link to on-line product reviews (which you should have checked, because a serious buyer will always want those, especially for a big ticket item).

I downloaded this app when my business had to move to appointment only in response to COVID-19. It was a seamless addition to my website and made appointment booking super easy!

Very useful and easy to use app, I uninstalled the one I was using and went to Tipo, I don't regret it in the slightest

this app is incredible bad. developers need to improve. that's an honest review. I can't even access settings or change the menu options.

Highly recommended! I have launched my store and not yet used the booking app. But definitely Laura and her team are just fantastic! They helped me a lot with setting up and customizing the code for my store. I asked them for lot of help and everytime they have been highly supportive, replied immediately to every email and followed up!

This is definitely the best booking app on Shopify. AND ITS FREE! The developers have helped me out loads and I can’t thank them enough, laura is a star! The only thing this platform needs is SMS text messages and SMS reminders as a lot of my customers have their SMS on file but not their email! UPDATE; The calendar is allowing clients to book in whenever there is already someone booked in for the same time. It is not blanking out time options for places where people have already Booked appointments!

They have the best support team. They have fixed all our technical issues as well as answered all our questions with the upmost politeness and professionalism. We run a country club and we literally have different activities, with different times, and different venues and because of this, we needed a booking app that is able to cater to everything we need and by far, this booking app is the most flexible booking app out there. Good simple and easy to use for a simple booking calendar app with multiple option and color to match your design.

App looked great in the beginning, and we inputted all our info. Then we started getting volume and now it doesn't load at all past the first button. EDIT: If anyone has the same issue: Make sure you have a cutoff date (for future dates) I made mine blank and it would query a long and complex schedule that wouldn't ever finish loading when I wrote the review above. Fixing it to a 2-week max range fixed this issue. EDIT 2 There's no function prevent CUSTOMERS to have their (duration) of service to overlap. Ex. If I buy an appointment for 10AM-11AM, I should not be able to buy one for 10:30AM-11:30AM, since it is impossible to serve 2 services at the same time. It should be 10AM-11AM and only allow 11AM and after for the next appointment.

Just downloaded it, and so it is so much more easier to work with compared to other apps offered by Shopify!

UPDATE: The calendar is buggy and shows different availability depending on the user and device. Some of my customers report that they see different availabilities depending on if they're on their phone or PC. I am also able to see availabilities in my calendar from my end that are not supposed to be available. Some of my clients are getting very frustrated when I have to tell them that I have to reject their bookings because it overlaps with other bookings. I sent a report to Tipo 4 days and have not received a response. ---- The app supports multiple products, flexible time scheduling, and has a good customer interface. For a free app, it's already better than most paid calendar booking apps. Something I'd like to see improved in the future, however, are: - Ability to include a text description on the booking page - More ease of use for uploading your own images for the calendar background.

The exact app i need to schedule my booking for customers buying my studio packages not many app are free for this kind of feature
