Good app and good design. Too bad it doesn't sync with google calendar so that bookings can be added directly to tipo via google calendar. Very good support team.

It does the job but with some effort. Has a few annoying features which can't be changed - like grouping different people into one booking because they booked at the same time - so if one customer wants to reschedule you have to remove them and add them back in. This grouping also caused customers being emailed other peoples reminders. I've had to take off the option to book multiple customers at the same time because of this. Support email once a day and barely answer the question so 1 issue takes a couple days to resolve. Would probably recommend for a small business that doesn't get many bookings, but I was dealing with 2 branches and over 300 appointments a day. ***UPDATED REVIEW Thought I'd post an updated seeing as I have been using the app for over 4 months now. (Previously rated 3/5, now 1/5) Help desk is probably the worst I've encountered. - Too many issues around bookings not being placed in the calendar (even though customer has paid), - Tipo not receiving the date and time of booking, leaving the customer having paid but with no actual booking - very bad start on the customer journey. - Customers receiving incorrect information in emails - i.e. after I have rescheduled an appointment for them, the dates in the email received by the customer would be completely incorrect. Customer would then email me in a panic. Spoke to help desk and they told me to check my email notifications :), not sure how that fixes anything... I am looking into other alternatives as I'm having too many issues with Tipo.

Most of the time app works ok. But a couple of times now clients have booked and paid for appointments but app fails to notify me by email to say there has been a booking made. Also when I have rejected appointments app has failed to let the client know. Not sure whats going on??

their app is smartly designed. within 5 minutes I was up and running. and they have support fixing bug. in my case there was an iphone bug which was not allowing to finalize booking (button not visible because of some coding issue) it was solved within 6h after my email. Hope they gonna continue their good work

We used this app for a specific promo we were holding, it worked great for us once we became familiar with how it worked. Looks clean and is easy for clients to use on the front end. When we needed to remove it I reached out for assistance and was helped right away by Laura. Will use again if we hold another promo that requires a booking situation.

As a service base company, a suitable APP that tightly integrated with my shopify store is absolutely important. As a first time user of this e-commerce platform and basic user of shopify APP, the day-to-day technical support from Tipo is close to my heart. I cannot say enough grateful to Tipo's Support team, they also extend their hands to access to my shopify admin panel, in order to fix some coding problem that i would be never fixed myself. All Tipo's support team's help, is very much appreciated. To me, i am calling this as top notch service. I can see many more months to come to continue to use their service. I was a huge fan of the Tipo Appointment Booking App. The app has started glitching out and not allowing people to book any services, which in turn, is loosing me money. I've contacted support multiple times and no response. I think once the app is completely functional it should get 5 stars. But for now, its causing my business a lot of money

I used this app to set up virtual styling appointments on my website. Although, it sets the appointments I don't like that I have to do it as a product and make people go through a check out process. I also do not like that it does not send out a Zoom link automatically and sync automatically with my Google calendar.

Tipo has let our customers start booking and paying for our Virtual Field Trips without us needing to email back and forth to find the right time. It will save significant amounts of time (~30 minutes) on each purchase going forward, but most importantly will save our attention and focus for the things that only we can do.

A nice helpful app that I would recommend as a booking service. It also offers some extra features, like automated e-mails, which are really helpful. If needed, the customer service delivers fast and professional support.

Once installed, the app stopped all products from being loaded into my cart. So, people were able to take a course (yay!) but any ebook, business plan or other product was not able to be purchased. I lost sales. Took 2 hours with shopify team and they couldn't figure it out. Finally uninstalled the app and sure enough, my site was fixed! Sounds like they have quite a bug to workout.

Loads of appointments get an error and don't come through. Customer service doesn't help. Very annoying because i've got a few orders in this app so I can't switch to another app because they will get lost.
