This app does what it is necessary to make your images the right size to download properly and speed up your website. If you take the time to read their other free information - you can fix a lot of your problems without hiring a pro.

I was looking for an app that can automatically add the product SKU and UPC to the file name and ALT text but could not find one. Luckily, Sales Squad added that feature for me. Crazy good customer service and so far the app has been working great on or website. Super thankful I found this app.

Very pleased with the performance of this app. I ran all my images through desktop optimizer prior to upload, but it seems I could have done a far better job. It seems to have improved my page load speed, but my overall site speed score is still quite low according to Shopify's measuring tool. Customer service has been great and quick to respond with answers.

I'm new at ecommerce and not sure what to expect. My online store was slow loading and I'm hoping this new app will solve that problem.

I paid for this service so I will try to get the three thousand image optimizations I paid for, which should come soon since it is optimizing new images when I didn't add any new images. However, Shopify is consistent sending me something saying my store is slow and that it hurts sales, this app has not helped even after paying for it. I would not do it again. After posting the above review, TinyIMG SEO reached out to me in a major way. I must say that customer service is not an issue they have. I changed my rating based on the attentive service they provided once they were aware of my issue. Unfortunately, this app did not help my store, but the staff helped me, and for that, they get a much better rating.

Saved quite some space keeping the images looking like they do, loads faster, and Julia (app's support member) is a charm, she even helped me with a problem that had nothing to do with their app.
