This app is a must have for stores with large inventories. I had over 3700 pictures on my site, which the app optimized in less than 30mins, with instant results. I used this app to help with optimizing my images, Resizing, ALT text optimization, Filename optimization, Advanced image reduction, and it is awesome, you can never find a better app. Customer Support is prompt and very supportive. I was uploading products and a lot of images got optimized and my Shopify billing was running up for Tiny app, I was able to get upgrade to a plan best suited with discounted rate and also got a refund to reduce my running total. I am so happy and appreciate the support because my store is new and I really cannot afford much right now! Thank you so much TinyIMG and I am glad that I found this app.

Seems to work just fine, so far! Using it to try and improve our site speed. I wish I could do custom resizing of product images, as well...

The TinyIMG SEO & Image Optimizer app has reduced my images by 25MB so far. Great support from the team online.

Auto optimization worked well! Manual optimization was hinky for me here & there, seemingly due to my internet but all good in the end. After both optimizations all done, site speed much better, whew, it needed it!! I conversed with Julia quite a bit & she was very responsive, helpful (as I think customer service should be, yet not what most businesses deliver.) Added bonus is all their extra information plus reference to another site I found extremely helpful for speed scoring my site, detailed information about my score & seeing my speed score go up each time I did something, including adding the manually optimized photos, which helped me understand exactly how far / time investment I needed to go with that! Julia even offered to take down the app pop up which was making me crazy, yep! Review worthy alone!! Thanks for everything!!

I used the app to optimise about 25 000 images. The optimisation was perfect and a huge increase in speed was established. The biggest + of this app however is their fantastic customer service and support. We found a small issue on our side and they jumped on it straight away and went out of their way to help customise their app to suit our special build. Other apps can really take an example of this fantastic service! Well done!
