Support was extremely helpful in getting this tool set up so that I can optimize my site. I have limited knowledge on the subject, but they had an answer to every question and were there to guide me at each step.

This app is worth it's weight in gold. It has everything you need to improve your site speed, image size, broken links, alt descriptions and meta data SEO titles that you could ever need. The support are amazing, quick, responsive and so helpful, suggesting improvements that you may even thought about.

One of the best apps that helps a merchant to optimize the ecommerce store! Excellent customer support, I absolutely recommend it!

I don't usually leave reviews for apps, and I've tried many, but tinyimg is truly exceptional. What stands out the most, apart from its functionality and fair pricing compared to other offerings, is the customer support. In particular, Martin and Julia are always attentive in helping out, and they never resort to the canned responses that so many others do! Additionally, the optimization is top-notch, and the results are clearly visible. It's a must-have for anyone in need of seo image optimization.

The best help team out there. I have gotten my first 30 views on my webpage. I went a week with 0. Whatever they did got me views.

Just get it. They are helpful, they check the code of your store to make sure it's all good, the app improves speeds within a day and it shows on numbers within a week. It's pretty straight forward, you only need to do a few clicks for a couple of days. Then it's on. Enjoy!

As a beginner this app has saved so much time (and learning) in terms of both optimising our store speed and improving SEO. In addition to the functionality of the app Julia was able to recommend some alternative (faster) app solutions and identified a few problems outside the scope of Tiny Img, she then went out of her way to fix it for me. I was struggling a bit trying to find ways to improve the speed of my website and with this app, it made everything 10x easier and smoother. My website is running at top-notch speed.

Awesome and fast support. Great app and features overall and worth the money. The lazy load did not help my site but I think the slow speed comes from shopify as it seems my theme had lazy load already but was slow as ... Rest of the features seems awesome for pictures, and SEO and gives even audits for every product or page
