Incredible App, even more incredible lightning fast online support! highly recommended for a novice like me. Many many more features that the alternative I used to pay the same for so I switched. Im glad I did, the website is optimized far better after only days. The reporting is particularly impressive too.

Origionally I was just looking to optimize my site's images and get them all in order but the additional features of Tiny has been a great surprise and valuable to my store. When I did need a hand the support I recieved from Julia was fantastic. It was fast and efficient. She really cared about the optimization of my store and went above and beyond to get the best out of it. Highly recommended app!

Excellent app for increasing your store's speed! I love the way the app optimizes all of your images AUTOMATICALLY within the split of a second. This is necessary when you have a store that has >1000 products. Doing it all by hand takes too much time. The AI meta titles/descriptions generation is also what makes this app top notch. The customer support is amazing and very very fast. They also keep updating the app and adding new features which is great. They also listen to input from their users. Can't add more stars unfortunately, but this app is GREAT!

I love TinyIMG! It's the best SEO app for Shopify. Other apps don't even come close. What I like most is how it creates SEO-friendly titles and descriptions automatically. You wouldn't even know a machine wrote them. Plus, its diagnostic tools are really detailed. It gives you so much information about how to make your site better. This is definitely the only SEO app you need.

Absolutely thrilled by the level of support I received today by Julia. I just wanted to try and boost my SEO score by trying the "Lazy loading" feature. I requested the option and it linked me to Julia who walked me through all the steps very thoroughly. I saw a drastic improvement in the loading speed of my store and to top it off, Julia offered more helpful tips which I implemented quickly to boost my score up to nearly perfect ratings! From a performance score of 50 to 84 in 15 minutes. Had a Google speed performance of 50, so I bought the 24 months subscription to enable all features. I went through the basic image stuff and finally got to lazy loading. To use lazy loading, the app prompts you to backup your theme and then send a pre-written message to their support who'll then enable it. I was matched with Julia who confirmed my backup and then proactively reviewed my website. She found out lazy loading was already enabled in my theme (standard from Shopify) but in a counterproductive way. It only took her and her colleagues a few minutes of access to fix it and boost my performance score to 84. Remaining issues preventing me from going any higher relate to Google Tag Manager js and loox js. So I happy to recommend the app and their support team :) Thank you Julia!

Support was extremely helpful in getting this tool set up so that I can optimize my site. I have limited knowledge on the subject, but they had an answer to every question and were there to guide me at each step.
