Highly Recommend! This app is quite easy to follow but the best thing is the great customer service and how you are encouraged to speak with them and see how it is working out for you. Julia was most helpful in helping me set things up. I would highly recommend this app for your store. You do not have to be technical minded as things are explained so you understand how to use it.

He gave me recommendations to help me out moving forward too, I would recommend this app to everyone because of the support that is provided with it.

I enjoy this app the support is helpful and prompt, after immediately downloading it was able to fix all the photos I had, and I went from having a speed score of 59 to 67 in less than 7 days, I am happy with my subscription and with the app itself.

I am new to SEO, especially for Shopify, but I learn fast. This seems to be a great app based on my quick test, but I am primarily writing this review for the FANTASTIC customer service I received from them this morning. Eli was at first, extremely helpful and patient with me about some sort of glitch that my system or Shopify site was having. She gave me instructions on how to get TinySEO installed and authorized properly and (after the many attempts I had made) got it all sorted out in a jiffy! Then she offered to assist me with an issue completely unrelated to TinySEO or mere customer service, I gave her collaborator access, and she went into my account and fixed the other issue in minutes, without me even being aware of the issue, thus entirely of her own volition! We then proceeded to have a very illuminating conversation. Like no customer care interaction I have ever had before! If this is what to expect from them in the customer service department then we can have great expectations from their app development! Commendable! I'm now going to actually dive deep into testing the app and properly evaluating it. I'll be back for a second review - it permitted - later.

Parmi toutes les applications pour aider les shops vis à vis de leur SEO, je trouve qu'il n'y à pas mieux que celle-ci... Les fonctionnalités sont puissantes. Elle propose tout ce qui est nécessaire pour améliorer le scoring SEO de son site et en plus je la trouve très facile d'utilisation. Great concept but missed the usability train. Lots of opportunity to improve and automate redundant tasks.

I first left a bad review for this app because I misunderstood how the app is interacting with the shopify platform. However, after that the Tinify team got in contact with me and cleared everything up. Actually they did that in such a great and professional way that I am now happy to leave a a stars review, because obviously the app is working and the team is trustworthy.
