Spoke with Julia for an issue with our banner (to be honest I still dont have a clue what it was, tech illiterate). Julia was able to fix the issue and raised our page significantly. That wasnt the most important thing to me though. The important thing was that she treated me like she knew me and didnt make me feel like an idiot for knowing nothing. Perhaps the most important app you use to optimize everything. My experience is only positive. And customer service answers absolutely every question you might have. Mostly response time of just a few minutes, then they are always ready with your website and explain. I think it's so good that they don't give general information on questions, but questions that only apply to your website.

I would like to say that Tiny has made my SEO work for my store alot easier. It gives me clear directives on what to handle. Although am still early in the game, am hopeful i will get there
