havent used this app for that long but i really love it so far. Very user friendly easy to get into and gets the job done

Most people spend so much time trying to get a customer that when they finally land the sale they forget to continue marketing to them. Automating allows you to send an email to a customer after they’ve placed an order on your store. Since a customer has just purchased with you, they’ll be much more likely to open an email from you – they might even expect it. Introduce yourself as the founder of the company and build a personal connection with your customer, and promote your great brand. Try delaying sending the email so that customers don’t assume it’s automated.

It started off great sent 30 emails 12 read them then used limit 10/10 app just stopped. I did upgrade when i loaded the app on my site so in billing i have a $7usd which 10.90 AUD charge. I'm paying $7usd ($10.90) for 3 days? Nope looks like a "delete App" from me! And i would like request a refund. If this is what you get for $7usd its not for me. I have over 100 subscribers since my store went live a week ago. And i hope it will keep growing. I need a paying app or free app that will deliver. I have changed my stars as this was fixed for me and I have continued to use this app. It does what it says it does so that makes me happy. Thank you for fixing it for me.

great app this help a lot to us.but there is only one problem email limit in free period only 10 please incress it at least 20 or 30.

I cannot send test emails so I have to use another email and subscribe to our own newsletter to me. And the result is ugly as hell. Too much spacing between paragraphs and it's not mobile-optimized. I need to cancel my subscription ASAP. Reply to the Dev's Reply: I did not receive an email for support at all!

Great app. It makes you feel you did write the email. Have not check yet if it works or not but I am about to. thank you. It was great. your clients will be happy to receive a thank you email. The only issue you might face is when you submit a review it will keep asking you to tell you about your experience Good app totaly recommend it

Its good. I like it. It couldd be better if its competelly free. It very basic and clean but quiet expensive.

Great App! I don't if it's possible to have it also for multiple languages and for POS when a sale is done in the retail shops...

This app was very easy to use. I like that I was able to customize lots of features and colors of the email. This will ensure the customers are connected the brand colors an feel. I would recommend this app for others looking to stand out in their market.

Just downloaded it and installed it then customized my email template. hoping this will work for me! maybe raise the free limit to somewhere closer to 50?

What will happen once 5000 customers email are used? does this renew every month? OVERVIEW is not clickable So How to go to settings and see all email list that was sent to customers?

veery good and helpfull thing for marketing. I am just a little bit disapointed because is not free anymore

Purchased this app but doesn't work too well. It sends thank-you emails to NON customers (e.g abandoned checkout) which creates a massive confusion with the customer - making them believe they have placed an order when they haven't. We have received poor reviews on our social media and Google because of this, where customers think we force an order on them. I have messaged live chat with no response.

Really cool app. Just wish you weren't forced to upgrade in order to sent more than 10 thank you e-mails.
