My original review was from 2 years ago now (see below). I was pleased with them at the time (3 orders in) but now I am over the top thrilled with this company! I have used them for well over 2500 orders now and I can honestly say after using several other POD companies, Teelaunch is the best. I only wish they offered Larger Vinyl Stickers and Car Magnets. Other than that, I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. And Kristy in Customer Service is the Best! She deserves a 5 Star review of her own! My original review 2 years ago: 3 orders in and I am very pleased, so are my customers. First-order was for 12 vinyl stickers and my customer was thrilled with the quality and the turnaround time. The second order was for 12 mugs for an attorney. She was very pleased with the quality and turnaround time, as well. One mug's printing was a bit smeared looking, Teelaunch immediately reprinted and sent a replacement mug within one business day. My customer could not believe how quickly the replacement arrived. She told me that she was sure she would be waiting for an eternity. The 3rd order was for a mug and I was told by my customer that her gift recipient loved it. I would highly recommend Teelaunch. Easy to use app, wonderful quality and speedy service, not to mention their prices are fabulous. My one and only complaint is the s&h cost for multiple mugs. $74 is a bit outrageous for 24 mugs sent UPS Ground. I may have lost a sale due to this, but I am still hopeful.

I use Teelaunch for print on demand for more than a year and I am very satisfied with their services. I especially appreciate very helpful and fast customer support. I miss one thing: expedited shipping.

We created the #39sack collection for CFL Star Charleston Hughes and launched our Shopify store with another POD company, which wasn't a fit. After researching other options we came across teelaunch, after installing the app in our Shopify store we were able to customize our merchandise, after running into some issues with shipping setup, we contacted Christopher, who not only explained what wasn't working on our end, but was able to get us set up for our US customers within minutes. Excellent so far, I've only been using it for a few days, I haven't ordered anything yet, but I have uploaded my images and imported the products to my store without any issues, love the user-friendly format, unlike other apps I have tried.

Clean and smooth. I had an issue with the sending turning off, and the guys got back to me super fast, and solved my problem. Great customer service.

I am using Teelaunch as my primary POD app. So far all is good. Their support has helpful ( via email) when I have questions. The app, while a bit clunky, is fairly easy to use. I cannot comment yet on the quality of the products or speed of delivery, because I have not yet opened my store.

Have successfully used Teelaunch on several sites now. Great service, great price, and fast shipping. Their customer service is excellent too, they were quick to help me out when I had issues with an order. 5/5!

Super fast shipping...and a beautiful product. I received the all over t shirt design product today as a testing sample and I love it. The material is silky soft and the fit is right on the mark.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Customer Service I have ever experienced in 6 years in the industry. This is one Company that responds QUICKLY to emails. When you have an issue they are on it. If the first level can't help them it's referred directly to the owner who jumps right in to provide assistance. There is no "email fear" of waiting days for a response. It's timely and I don't think I have ever waited longer than 15 minutes! The app is easy to accomplish and the interface with Etsy is a breeze. My Print and Mail timeframes are certainly within 5 business days and with over 30 "test" orders out the door there has been ZERO quality complaints. Through our follow-ups we have been looking for complaints and all that we heard were "Very Happy" and "Would Order Again". We are certainly happy we made the change from doing our own DTG printing to Teelaunch!

I have recently swapped over to TEELAUNCH and I must say although the way items are added is different than I am used to, the customer service is spot on, Kristy is AMAZING, she is like my own VA when I have a question, she is right back to me:) The quality of the pillows I have ordered and the delivery to customers has been great thus far, I look forward to trying new products with them soon.

Working with this app was great. Very easy to create items and they give you a template to work with! I would recommend this absolutely!

I live the app, I do feel as though the sizes run a little large so the snap is not a small which is a little disappointing.

I’ve been in the POD space for about 6 years. Started on other platforms before there where a ton of integrations for Shopify and since then i’ve moved to creating Shopify stores. Finding a reputable POD partner was not easy. No need to say names but i’ve tested plenty of them and TeeLaunch quality exceeds the others and has great prices as well. I initially tested them out for Canvases and they blew the other POD I tested out of the water. The quality of print, vibrancy, and canvas material was on another level. After that I decided to test them for clothing and again was surprised at the high quality of print compared to the other POD i’ve used. To top it off they actually have a customer support team that responds extremely quick as well as on Saturday and Sundays. To me that type of support is extremely important and rare now a days. One thing they could work on though is shipping times (only a few other their products are on the slower side). Their in house items like tumblers i’ve seen ship same day which is insanely fast for a POD company…and i’m talking actual scans from USPS receiving the package the same day. Canvases and some others take a bit longer than I would like. Besides the shipping times for some items, TeeLaunch ticks 3 very important boxes for me: Quality, Support, and Price. Plus they are always adding new products, and their product line is very unique with items not regular found from other companies.

I love the products and prices and my customers love the prices of the products and the great quality of them as well.

I like that they have flags, as I've been looking for a company to print those for me. I do wish they had more than one size, and that they made outdoor flags as well, but this is good. I'm not thrilled that I can't duplicate a product and then amend it, so I have to enter all information from scratch for each version. UPDATE: I'm really impressed with Teelaunch's customer service. I had an email waiting for me within an hour of posting my review, to give me information and see what they could do to improve my experience. Learning that teelaunch makes all their products in Utah is great. They have indicated that they can offer other sizes of flags, and will look into it. The flags ARE of a quality that can handle outdoor use, however the recommendation is due to their being printed on one side only, so they don't look good on a flagpole. WIth this information, I can market my flags much better. Regarding the interface, they are still working to add more ease of use and functionality, and they took my suggestions seriously. I really like to support smaller companies, so I'm willing to put in a little extra time setting up products for the level of quality and support they offer. Really impressed! Changed my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. Well-deserved.

I needed a POD service that offered my customers an option to personalize products with their own images. I tried a couple other popular ones, but there was something in my store's coding that didn't allow their apps to function correctly for my customers. Even when asking for assistance, I only received generic replies from their "support" teams. I ran into the same coding problem when I tried Teelaunch, and went through the motions of requesting help - figuring I'd get the same generic unhelpful replies. Imagine my surprise though when Kristy got right back to me in minutes, asking me if I would mind if Chris checked out my site. I was a bit skeptical initially, but took a chance. Chris and associates literally spend days trying to figure out what was wrong with my site. Turns out it was a very simple fix - but it was an unusual problem that they had not run into before. Bottom Line: Very responsive company and decent line of products. I did make an initial test purchase prior to writing this and found the quality very nice for the price point. Trustworthy and friendly staff - that alone makes them winners in my book. They also seem to be adding more personalization options - which is exactly what my site needs. I plan on using Teelaunch for a very long time.
