Placement of logo is one of the worst out of all POD apps & haveyet to find if can place on back of shirts. But cost is good, Hoping Quality is Good.

I used this app to help make shirts for my store. The app is really easy to use, the product adds to the store with ease, and the prices are quite low for the quality of product you recieve. I've tried a few other POD services, and I always end up stocking my shop with Teelaunch products more so than any other supplier. It would be great if there was a simple way to add varients to a product already in my shop, or easily make edits to the graphics once in the shop, but being able to load a graphic to many types of tops all at once is amazing. Highly recomment

I like the user-friendliness of the app...easy to upload files and export to Shopify store. Tried other print on demand apps but this was easier to maneuver as a first timer.

Teelaunch has been taking care of most of my print on demand orders. My customers and I are very happy with the quality of their products. Their customer service is good as well. I had an issue once and it was taken care of very quickly. Highly recommend them!

Teelaunch is the best on-demand app / company we have used (and we've tried a lot!). Chris and his team and super responsive and go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. We run teelaunch in about 10+ stores and customers have very positive feedback. We love the assortment of product including unique stuff like canvases (they turn out amazing!!). If you are look for an on-demand partner, look no further and don't waste you time with the others.

BE SURE TO REVIEW PERMISSIONS BEFORE INSTALLING Turnaround times are 5-7 business days *from the time they enter production* which is much longer than average for same product types. All orders are also placed on mandatory 24 hour hold before being processed, adding further delay. TeeLaunch is requesting an extremely high level of access & authority which is completely unnecessary and unrelated to their stated function. This includes access to ALL customer data whether related to TeeLaunch orders or not, control over all pages, the ability to create redirects and modify shop coding. Support's first step was to demand even further control. I placed three initial orders. The orders were pushed to TeeLaunch and appeared under the orders tab in the app. However, shortly thereafter I received a message insisting that the shop's master fulfillment setting be changed to "Automatic" or the orders would not be processed. Three days after the initial order was placed it still had not progressed from pending to production. As confirmed with Shopify support, this is not only unnecessary but highly unadvisable. TeeLaunch's API already had authority well beyond what was needed to create products, receive, process and fulfill orders. Further, the only legitimate difference between "Manual" and "Automatic" master fulfillment settings is whether the shop owner/staff need to click 'Request Fullfillment" prior to the order being pushed to the app. Pressed on the issue, TeeLaunch support staunchly stood by the requirement and refused to fill the orders until it was done. When the extent of the permissions granted to the app were reviewed, I confronted support about the extremely suspicious degree of access & authority and asked their reasoning. I received a one sentence response: "I can delete the app." Strongly advise any shop against installing this app until is reviewed further by Shopify and requested permissions are curtailed to necessary and applicable functionality.

I've been using Teelaunch exclusively for about a year with a 1000% satisfaction rate. I chose them initially for a number of reasons, the primary one being their easy-to-use interface. I've seen over time that their tech support and customer service are consistently fast, accurate and on target. In all the hundreds of products sold in all my stores, I have never had one complaint about quality or timeliness of delivery. In fact, people go out of their way to compliment the quality. In all my 45 years of being in business, I rarely have seen such a well-run company so my hats off to Mr. Hamze and the rest of the staff. I didn't need much hand-holding because their interface is so easy to use, but it was there in case I wanted it. Their integration with Shopify is also exemplary. And I appreciate that they batch orders 6 times per day which makes my bookkeeping and accounting much easier! As I go forward with more stores, I hope nothing changes with Teelaunch! we need new exclusive products to be personalized, like for example, clothes for dogs and cats but personalized people will do nothing but love these products.

So far so good. just getting started with adding products to my store. I would give 5 stars if they added the Bella Canvas 3001 unsex tee to their products. I am especially looking for the heather prism colors that all the girls want!

UPDATED and Angry: my last experience where someone ordered something on the 11th, contacted teelaunch and spoke to a dave that told me its school time so its harder to get things out. The customer ordered it on the 11th to get it in fast shipping time like every other person ordering something does. Well Dave told me on the 21st 24-48 hours. Guess what, 48 hours AND STILL not shipped. Worse experience ever. Never use again and I recommend to use anyone else but this company UPDATE: Wow they ship super fast. Absolutely amazing quality. They just really need to add more products Couple things, first off I want to say this is the most SEAMLESS clothing integration there is for shopify. And its nice creating products; wish you could add more than 1 design on the front or back of the shirt. Multiple uploads is not an option. You would have to edit your file in PS or AI or whatever you use to get it to work with a lot of logos or designs on the logo. They need some more items in the store for me to rate it a 5 star. I hope they are screen printing and not digital prints. No hats or beanies???

Perfect service! Prices are cheaper than competitors, at least for our products, and their customer service is always just a quick email away. They handle issues promptly and professionally. Sometimes they even took the hit when it wasn't their fault. I am very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone starting a drop shipping business. -H

Well I have 2 shopify stores and I already had this app on my main store. I love it! No problems. Very simple set up and I love the variety of items I can create. I've worked with teelauch for about a month. I had no issues. Creating products is pretty easy and their POD (Print on Demand) screening process is excellent. I'm very happy with the quality of their work. The quality of the products used and screen printing performed are top notch.

I've been with teelaunch for about 2 years now and I've built a great relationship with their team! Kristy and Dave provide wonderful customer service when help is needed! This has been the best print on demand service that I have tried honestly and I've tried about 2 before settling with Teelaunch.

Just wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Teelaunch with regards to setting up my shop https://lovefortheplanet.com. The team at Teelaunch is super-speedy to answer your questions, and I never once felt alone or "stuck" while configuring my Shopify account. They're willing to go the extra mile, and it shows. As for the setup itself? Their system of letting you download a template, configure your design, then upload and preview it is pretty awesome. Really, you just have to be concerned with the designs and colors (and pay attention to the tips they give you with regards to the templates) and if you do that, then it's a pretty painless process. Like for example, they have a template which allows you to upload an image onto an American Apparel Men's shirt. This uploader is really cool in that once you upload it, you can even change where the image is located, how big it is, etc. Then, once you do this once — you'll have something like 10 color variants built in, with many sizes as well — all from uploading the template once! I smiled when I saw this hit my site :) Overall, I went with Teelaunch after doing quite a bit of research (and reading reviews). I won't bag on any competition here, but Teelaunch seemed to me to be the most customer-focused print-on-demand / drop-shipping company, and that mattered to me. I had read horror stories about other companies and how they aren't very forgiving or flexible when it comes to returns, etc, so I figured it was worth going with Teelaunch since they not only have quite a large selection of items that you can ship from your site (they have dog bowls — rad!) but they also clearly value their customers, and for that I'm a fan.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE PRODUCTION TIME! NASTY NASTY NASTY! These guys changed the turn around time from 5 days to 9 days without telling me! My items primarily sell on eBay so I ended up getting a bunch of shipping defects and now my seller rating has fallen below standard. Anyone who sells on eBay knows this is DEATH to your sales and near impossible to dig yourself out of the hole for a WHOLE YEAR! My sales have dropped 75% because of Teelaunch. Whats worse is that they continue to be non-apologetic about it - they act like it's MY fault! Do yourself a favor and move your stuff over to Gooten. Their CSR's are actually HELPFUL and they use the exact same printers (but ship items MUCH faster). Well worth the extra few dollars you pay for the service! OH YEAH - and Teelaunch still has a small cosmetic bag of mine "in production" for going on 9 days now! Even after I removed all my products from their fulfillment I'm STILL getting screwed!
