I think the helper's name was LIAM. This service is amazing actually, this guy helped me resolve few Critical Errors ASAP. Went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. I am actually thinking about changing the service to paid service. YES, I have a free version but their support was still amazing. RECOMMEND

This team is the most helpful and they assist you by collaboration and prompt to immediate assistance and rectification at very reasonable prices and the features are excellent. I need to check out the other features but for now I am delighted by the boost and how they are fixing the backend tech of my site with such immediate effect. Well this might be the best speed optimizer app iver ever seen, ive tried others too, but this seems to stand out the most. the instant page feature and seo audit really helped boost my sales and stand out in the open competitive market. currently i can say openly, my store ranks in the most fastest stores on the planet with having one of the most heaviest shopify themes

Definitely 5 stars, you will never need other applications

I was struggling with my site being slow. I just decided to try these guys. With a click of a button, their app will do magic for you. Thanks to Mary she just responded in seconds. The app is too good to be free and they allow the new stores to access their premium feature for free. Wish all app owners could understand how much we need help as new businesses like Tapita. I am still figuring it out - but thanks to Tapita who made some improvements in a very short time, which would take for me hours. I will check out the app and migt adjust my review. But it seems very promising.

All in one plugin and instant support from Remy. Besides optimization, few good features I have noticed; 1. Built with Shopify 2. keyword research using competitor's website 3. Alt tag optimization 4. Schema markup insertion. Need to improve and add feature; 1. App is slow in loading 2. 404 redirection manager instead redirecting all the 404 to home page (this is not good for SEO). Should develop a proper 404 redirection manager feature. Hope we can continue with the app for longer time. Thank you, Remy
