SO happy to have installed this app. The customer service rep that assisted me (Liam) was very helpful and patient. I felt no frustration as he guided me through every step of the installation, running the assessments, and Google Tag Manager. I have a list of things to fix myself and feel confident that these updates will help my shop. Looking forward to making a progress report soon.

Like the product its easy and useful for now I am using it for last few days and managed to fix majority of on-page issue by my own. Also there support team go out of the box to ensure your issues get resolved.

It was nice to have real-person feedback and assistance. ***** Update to edit my review with more positive feedback: After two weeks, Tapita reached out to offer additional help improving my site. I highly recommend Tapita's top-tier plan (they are looking for additional ways to help and the changes quickly improve SEO and page speed scores). Additionally, I was trying to update my site but was having issues finding the right code. While discussing other improvements, I asked about the change I wanted to make... and Tapita went above and beyond to achieve my update. This is such a relief to me. I cannot recommend Tapita highly enough. *****

amazing app, i've set it up today with their help and i would have had to pay someone technical to do what they fixed in seconds. lots to work on now, but i know they help instantly with their chat function!

Excellent support I must say, The support is active on the chat and will help you in figuring issues and even fixing them. I contacted for few critical issues and they fixed them within 5 minutes and did not cost me anything. I am surprised that the app developers are going to such level to assist their customer.
