I have updated my theme and am now using Tapita again to see if I can improve my core vitals. Reason being my old theme was really not good for speed. I have noticed an improvement in speed based on metric provided by the app dashboard and google's speed test on my mobile and desktop sites. To be fair, it might take a few more months of testing to be sure but at the moment, I can recommend to people who are keen to try. The best thing about this app is the support though. They have been very patient and responsive as well. And I can understand that for a free app, they need to pay for their server cost as well. I hope this review gives people some peace of mind in trying their app without any pre judgement. Looking forward to seeing some good results!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE APP!! STAY AWAY!! Unless you would like something that will ruin your website with no option to undo the damage. I tried using the Google Page Speed / GTmetrix feature and it crashed my entire home page. Removing the app or turning off the feature will not resolve the issue. I will now have to go back and publish an older theme and redo months of development work on our current theme. What a terrible experience.

This is the easiest speed optimization app I have tried, and I have tried almost all of them available on Shopify. It is also the app that produced the best results. In addition, it is the app that required the least amount of work on my end. I would give this app 5 stars all day long! The customer support is also excellent. They respond quickly and are always helpful.
