This app is amazing. Additionally Liam is over the top with advice and guidance, he get's 10 stars! The amount of work that he has done it beyond my imagination. The technical team has some work to perform over the next 24 to 48 hours. I would like to see the results once completed. It's companies like these that are impressive.

If you haven't tried it yet, you must do it! Absolutely impressed by the customer service. I was initially looking for an image and alt tag optimizer, and then found this app offering more for a price lower than others and I gave it a go. I upgraded to the basic plan to audit all my pages, but the free plan seems great too. After checking the errors, I pressed a question mark icon by mistake, thinking it was just an info popup, and I was directly connected with Jim. Since I had questions I thought were related to the app, he kindly helped me even though it was actually something related to the theme itself. He then checked my audit report and asked if I wanted his help with fixing the critical errors, and in no time he was already working on it. He even helped me install the tag manager to see if we could improve the SEO score further, and by the end of the chat, he gave tips and advice and we easily got to an SEO score of 90. I still need to closely look at all the functionalities, but I think it can only get better. Really a highly recommended app and fantastic support!

I have been using it for just a few days now and finding their support, Liam to be very pro-active indeed. He helped me fix all the critical scan errors for free and then some more. I am sure there's a lot more to discover as I learn more about this tool but I have a feeling I'm going to join be joining their 'Extremely Satisfied' customer list.

Its been a month I am still struggling to get my first sale. Running ads on Facebook and Social sites is costing money. I have been using Tapita for a few months now and honestly, I wasn’t sure it was worth it. I initially got it because it did SEO fixes and compressed images. That’s just the tip of the iceberg of what the tool can do. Since I hadn’t completely set everything up (completely my fault!), I decided that I was going to dig into Tapita a little more to see if I could fix some of the SEO issues and find value with the tool. Well, I clicked on one button and was immediately sent to support - where I talked to Liam. This was a game changer for me and my confidence with the tool. Liam was so helpful! He helped me get issues fixed that I didn’t even know what they meant. He worked with me for a long time (maybe an hour or more) on helping me get the SEO items fixed. He was able to get all but 2 and those are ones I need to be the one to fix. He gave me screen shots and emails that showed me exactly what he did. And now my score is a 97 for SEO! I continue to find value with Tapita every day and find it being one of my go-to tools for daily activities to track progress, keywords, performance etc. I recommend this tool and also recommend asking them for help!
