I have very little experience in SEO let alone what to look for to maximize visibility and gain organic traffic. This app is easily one of the best uses of my time and money with lots of active tools to help make your website the best possible version of itself. So far I was able to work through a bit by myself but hit a knowledge roadblock about what to do next. So I contacted support and within a few minutes was walking hand in hand with support to clear up my SEO errors and ensure what I did earlier was done right and already implemented into my website. I am very happy with the progress and the staff are top tier!

I had a very positive experience with Tapita Support. Initially, I was facing several technical issues such as missing H1 tags, multiple H1 tags, multiple favicons, do-follow external links, and the absence of Google Tag Manager (GTM) on my store. The support team was very helpful in addressing these concerns. Max connected to my PC and spent considerable time diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be unrelated to SEO but rather an issue with an app on my system. He helped me uninstall the problematic app, resolving the issue. Later, I contacted Tapita Support again for further assistance. The representative patiently guided me through fixing the technical issues, including installing GTM. They explained each step clearly and waited while I checked my email for approval requests and set up a new GTM account. They even handled more complex issues that required coding skills. The support was thorough and dedicated, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. Despite the issues being partially outside their service scope, they remained committed to helping me resolve everything. Thank you, Max and the Tapita Support team, for your exceptional service. They help me a lot and the app has been improved a lot recently, some updates are very helpful. But most importantly, their service team always responds instantly, and can handle the case very fast. BTw, i like their chat box design, you can always send a screenshot to show issues, saving you a lot of time of explaining things.

Türkiye'den benim gibi shopify ı kullanan kişiler varsa türkçe yorum görsün isterim öncelikle :) Translate ile başım belada fakat müşteri temsilceleri sağolsun hizmetlerinde direk türkçe konuşarak bana yardımcı oluyorlar. Çok çok kıymetli bir durum. Ve türk arkadaşlarım uygulama içinde translate özelliği var bu da çok önemli muhakkak aklınızda olsun. Ayrıca gerçekten kaç tane uygulama denedim bilmiyorum ama sayfa hızı optimize etmede çok iyiler. Yerlerde sürünüyordu en son hız puanım şu an masaüstünde 98 mobilde 80 lerde sanırım 5 dk bile sürmedi bu benden hakedilmiş bir yıldız olsun bu. Ücretsiz kısmında bunlar varsa sanırım ücretli planı kullanırsam daha neler olabilir diye düşünmeden edemiyorum. Evet ilk defa beğenerek gerçek bir yorum yapıyorum . TEŞEKKÜRLER!!!
