I didn't know I had issues with my website. Once I discovered them, I asked Tapita SEO Support for help and they stepped up immeadiately to help resolve this. Easy to work with, knowledgeable but most of all patient. I will be able to see the results of our FIXES very shortly and possibly I will see the results begin to show up in search that will help drive traffic to my store. Thank you.

I'm giving a 5 star based solely on my recent experience with Tapita. Firstly, the App is very comprehensive in identifying SEO shortcomings/issues in my site and offers a clear and structured approach in tackling these fixes. I also had great support from Lani (who is only a click away) who was very helpful in assisting me sort out issues, explaining and providing guidance. Although I cannot yet comment on the effectiveness in terms of actual increase in SEO ranking as I have only started using, Tapita is by far my best experience of SEO apps on Shopify.

Many things about this app and the company that makes it, that we have found to be not appealing.

Absolutely stunning support, I can't talk good enough about them and their services. The app does exactly what you've expected, and even more stuff the more you dig. Seriously one of the best apps in Shopify - period. I can only wholeheartly recommend it.

Bounced around with most of the apps available....none ever felt "right" or did what I wanted. So far, the customer support has blown my mind....these guys shoud be in the support biz not the tech biz...teach other companies how to deal with customers....tech side....so far so good....im pleased...will update in 2 months when we see results or not...

The technical team has some work to perform over the next 24 to 48 hours. I would like to see the results once completed. It's companies like these that are impressive.

I was having issues with Favicon not being right and several other issues that I was not sure on how to fix. So i did the chat support and they have been amazing helping me get all the issues fixed and go above and beyond my expectations. I am absolutely happy i downloaded this app to get my website where it needs to be! If you wondering if you should down this app or not, i’m telling you it so worth it! Impressed that the online support was immediate and super extensive. I only stumbled across this tonight and already have 5 star service.

If you haven't tried it yet, you must do it! Absolutely impressed by the customer service. I was initially looking for an image and alt tag optimizer, and then found this app offering more for a price lower than others and I gave it a go. I upgraded to the basic plan to audit all my pages, but the free plan seems great too. After checking the errors, I pressed a question mark icon by mistake, thinking it was just an info popup, and I was directly connected with Jim. Since I had questions I thought were related to the app, he kindly helped me even though it was actually something related to the theme itself. He then checked my audit report and asked if I wanted his help with fixing the critical errors, and in no time he was already working on it. He even helped me install the tag manager to see if we could improve the SEO score further, and by the end of the chat, he gave tips and advice and we easily got to an SEO score of 90. I still need to closely look at all the functionalities, but I think it can only get better. Really a highly recommended app and fantastic support!

I have been using it for just a few days now and finding their support, Liam to be very pro-active indeed. He helped me fix all the critical scan errors for free and then some more. I am sure there's a lot more to discover as I learn more about this tool but I have a feeling I'm going to join be joining their 'Extremely Satisfied' customer list.
