The app is a good solution for building your own app. However, there are some features I believe should be standard and high on the priority list. 1. The app offers the ability to schedule a drop which allows you to design using images, video and other modules and schedule it to publish. BUT, the feature is almost useless because you can't add links to the photo or video assets unless the products are active in your shopify store. This means that just before your launch, you have to frantically make the products active then rush to add the links to all the designs you've created. 2. While shopping using major apps like Zara or Mango, there's the ability to browse similar items just below the main product. I think this feature should be basic for a mobile app provider. 3. The design modules need way more features and types of modules. 4. When creating your push notification, you can't edit. If you spell something wrong or want a team member to review copy before sending, you gotta start over if changes are needed. 5. Overall, I think TapCart should be more consistent in releasing new features. We've had the app well over a year and the updates are trickling slowly or only seem to serve a small segment of merchants.

The tapcart mobile app is very easy to use, it meets all my needs, and provides more than expected and very valuable features. The staff are very enthusiastic to solve the problem, and the whole work flow is very smooth and reasonable. Simple to use and very friendly to inexperienced people. Of course, you can also make very professional designs and functions.

Loaded with great features, easy to get started but also has a lot of "advanced" features you can turn on as you go...Staff was super helpful with everything from integrating with other apps, to design and dealing directly with Apple and Google when needed. I love the drag and drop features (wish Shopify had more features like that). Love being able to schedule drops too, that will help us make regular updates easily. Can't wait to see it grow!

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Tapcart. I started on the lowest plan almost a year ago and have since grown into Enterprise. The cost is a no-brainer. The app easily accounts for more than half of our sales and was instrumental in scaling our brand fast. Having a dedicated account manager is the best part, as they take a great interest in the brand and how to make the experience the best not just for us but our customers as well. This is the future of ecommerce.

I have messaged you more than once Please take my request into consideration,, I really wanted to try this application only because they mentioned that there are free trial days and I wanted to try it, but they withdrew money, I hope to return it because this topic will cause big problems for me. I just wanted to try it and have a look but you already withdraw money from me

The applications are beautiful, but the cost is very high. Very expensive for a new business. And it's not convenient that you have to contact the company

Tapcart made it super easy to get started, customize, and use my app. Sales have already started rolling in from the app and my customers are loving it!

If you want to turn your website into an App...DO IT!! But make sure you do it with Tap cart!! The user friendly set up, full support and drag and drop builder is incredible! It has helped increase our sales already in just the short 8 weeks we have tried it and I cant wait to see where it takes our company in 2022!! Get TAPCART!!

This is the best solution to turn your shopify store into an app by far. We have tried others and Tapcart just has so much more functionality than the competition. Also, the customer success manager Kenia was super helpful in getting us optimized. Cannot express how great this app is. BTW, it now accounts for 10% of our revenue.

Absolute pleasure working with the Tapcart team especially Cole. We have had the app for a long time but Cole never gave up contacting us to help us get the most out of the app. We are seeing great progress and I highly recommend Tapcart. The app is user friendly and all analytical tools are there for you too.

It's been a great experience scaling with Tapcart. Welcome to the TapCart fan club! We have a VERY complex website with so many integrations that often conflict with one another. Usually, it takes weeks to get up and running with a new app on Shopify. Not with TapCart. It took 10 minutes to set up our app. Literally 10 minutes. It was the easiest integration — BY FAR — that we've added to our site. It's also been one of the easiest and most reliable tools we use on a daily basis. The team (Veronica, Christina, and Bobby) have all been incredibly responsive, helpful, and tireless in getting us answers to our many questions and custom needs. We love how flawlessly the app performs, how easy push notifications have become, and how fast our customer base is growing via this little beauty. The dashboard is incredibly easy to use and straightforward. TapCart takes care of most of the development side of the app releases and they are very responsive and knowledgeable.
