I use this to auto update my feeds from my suppliers and love it, its so easy to use, and the one time i had an issue they have stuck by me to help sort the issue i had. The issue i had was it kept hiding in stock products when told to hide products that are 0 (zero). They stuck with me until the issue had been resolved. Update: been using stock sync for over a year now and any issues i get they are on the case. Cant fault them.

I've been using Stock Sync for 3 years and up until 6 months ago was happy with them. I have no idea what's going on on their end but my products when added have no images and no one knows how to solve the issue, I've had multiple images of the same image upload onto my website and no one knows why even after playing around and adding new feeds the issues weren't solved. I've been told by Stocksync that there are no product images in the feed and this is why I'm not getting the images in, however this is incorrect. Now I find almost 4,000 products have been added into my store, so I've got double of the one product. I've managed to undo this however that's not the point, and is it going to happen again. I've even had my own tech guy look at these issues. Currently looking for another app to do the job, I can't keep doing this and no one can fix the issues. Used to highly recommend this app.

It has been challenging to get this running but I have recently had success. Its a great App and is very useful, it has been working brilliantly. For some reason there appears to be changes in how I do an updated CSV file from my website and I cannot find it. Very frustrating

Had some issues setting up my feed. For a week the service team worked with me to get working perfectly. Now I can set up an inventory feed to my store that I do not have to check unless i want to make changes. Thank you for all of your help.

Excellent app, couldn't operate without it. Had my first issue after using it for a couple of years and support sorted it immediately (the problem wasn't of their making, was an issue with the way I was listing some new products) Couldn't recommend it enough!

I have a drop shipping website of about 13000 products. I could not run this website without StockSync! I use stock sync to update the on hand quantities at scheduled intervals of my choosing. I can update the "on hand" quantities from a spreadsheet or seamlessly via FTP where the source data is provided to me by the supplier. It's reasonably straight forward to set up and Stock Sync support is very quick. Some other nice features I'm now using is to automatically create new products when they don't exist in my store. Cool features include setting rules for margins / GP to make automatic retail price adjustments. I also have a rule that when i sync my inventory if my supplier has 2 or less in stock then i get StockSync to make it "zero" on hand on my website for those items. This has saved me lots of headaches. Well done StockSync.

I totally recommend this app to everyone, especially for new users, who really don't want to waste their time in updating inventory or managing products, this App does all of them and saves time for you. Really satisfying and useful app, and also the support is helpful and quick.
