My store was not compatible with my provider's CSV, this gave me many headaches, and many lost hours, I don't know how long, but too much, I recently asked Shopify and they recommended Stock Sync, and the truth is that I just started with them but I'm already super happy, they serve you very well in their customer service and they are very fast, you really won't regret it, now I have the inventory connected and it even gives me error and duplicate reports.

These guys went the extra mile to make sure my store was operating properly. They fixed my "everything is out of stock" issues. They cleared up the whole "xml is not accepted for updating we need a csv". Really put my mind at ease after I felt like I wasted hours of my life trying to undo a user mistake. we have been running stock sync on both of our shopify stores for a few years now and are very happy with both the product and the support. it definitely feels like it has improved a lot over the time we have been using it and we now rely on it for managing all stock quantities and price changes from suppliers as well as adding new stock. with over 50k lines across the 2 stores we rely on it working very heavily

Took some time for me to get familiar with the app but when i did it's a really powerful tool and also great prices. When i did struggle the support was truly AMAZING to help me and really fast answering all my questions! Can't do anything else then recommend this app and this crew behind the app. You won't be disappointed!

I seriously cannot begin to recommend this app enough. We run a complex system of live feeds that fluctuate in price almost every hour and this app does the absolute best job at managing everything. If you have more than 1 live supplier, USE THIS APP. Saved us so much money and time, bless this team

This app will save you a lot of time and therefore money by automating your inventory updates. The customer service is top notch, they get back to you quick and work with you to customize the plan to work for your business needs. Highly recommend

It took some time to learn how to use this app and does require quite a learning curve. Thankfully there are online tutorials. The distribution centre that I use only updates via CSV file (so that means MANUALLY!). With Stock Sync it only takes me 5-10 minutes to update all product inventory (that's over 1000 products) that would otherwise take me hours. There's still lots of settings in the app that I have no clue what they do or mean but I'm getting there!

Such a cheap add-on with huge customisation options for various feed imports! I had some issues setting up because of the distributor feed type and the file encoding but the developers were super responsive and very helpful. With a bit of back and forth and testing we were able to get things working correctly, I can't thank them enough for their time spent helping me out. Thanks team Stocksync!

Diese App hat mich gerettet - SO GUT !!! Ich kann per CSV einfach die Händler Lagerdatei hochladen und alle Lagerbestände werden angepasst .. ohne Aufwand - wirklich mit einem Knopfdruck (Nachdem man alles eingestellt hat wie man es will - aber selbst das ist super easy) Es ist wirklich das was ich gesucht habe ! danke ans Team für diese app !!! *************

Deze app helpt me producten te importeren, maar ook de voorraad te monitoren bij de leverancier. De app heeft zo ontzettend veel mogelijkheden dat bediening/instellen wel een beetje lastig maakt. Maar dank aan support, Jor & Raj voor hun hulp.

So far the app has worked well and customer service has been helpful and available. setting it up can be a bit tricky like any ecommerce software, but it is pretty much a set it and forget it app.

We are using the Stock Sync App to update stock levels on our web shop. Having multiple bundle sizes of the same item caused a few head scratching moments, but the guys at Stock Sync were excellent at getting everything working. Thanks to the Stock Sync team for taking the time to explore, explain and ultimately provide what we needed in a handy well priced App.

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMAILED THEM 4 TIMES, NO ANSWER! THINKING OF DELETING APP IF I DON'T HEAR FROM THEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SHOPIFY TO DATE.
