Excellent customer service, they add a filter that I needed in order to work for my orders. The developers responded to me very quickly and were very helpful.

We've tested this on our client's site, www.mobileigo.com. It's been a time saver for the fulfillment team. The configuration was a bit tedious and the test functionality a bit buggy, but the results were good once configuration was complete. Additionally our client experienced a bug that was causing frustration, but after some back and forth the support team actually updated the software with a simple new feature that resolved the problem nicely. Support was responsive and helpful. The only thing this app needs now is the ability to import tracking numbers and update fulfillment in bulk. We would recommend this for any sites that need to export and process multiple orders via spreadsheet.

I downloaded more than 5 apps to edit the order. It was the best of them. It is also easy and simple to use. Recommended recommendation

The app has useful features and is very easy to use. BUT that is when it is working. We relied on the app to export our orders for our fulfillment partner each morning and had huge problems because of how unreliable it is. First day, the app did not want to load. I think they were updating something without any notice. In panic we had to load and setup another app (which took us a long time) just to get some orders out and fulfilled. Second day, the app did not want to export orders again. We were getting a server error. Had to try three times to get it working - and you need to wait 10minutes between each time. This app is ok for hobby stores but I do not recommend it for pro stores that require reliable exports every day.

I use it to export orders from shopify and ebay to danea (billing program) and, thanks to the fact that the export is completely customizable, I can do everything with a minimum of monthly spending. Huge time savings with a few euros / dollars per month. I recommend it to anyone looking for a fully customizable export

The App is a huge time saver for us! We also needed help with some bulk data import that would take hours and hours of manual input. Guys from Exportable did a quick CSV import instead and saved us a lot of time. Excellent support. Highly recommended.

We required an additional attribute to be added to our exports and Azza and Jor were extremely helpful (and fast) at working with the engineering team to build the functionality. They have a fantastic app and great customer service as well!

The app is now dead and I'm not getting my orders out. Support is slow which is causing major headaches. I guess I need to find another app to do the job.

Very useful plugin backed up be excellent customer support (thanks Jor!). One of the only apps that allows you to export a csv file per order in format that is easy to customise via FTP, Email or both.

This plugin is much simpler that most others and it does exactly what we need to transmit orders to our logistics partner. Support of SFTP is great! Also, I really appreciate that developers added the possibility to export order properties in separate columns in 48 hours, following my request. The plugin is great and the team behind as well. We use it in automated mode to transmit orders to our logistics partner every morning, and it seems robust: it worked every day since we use it. I recommend it.

The APP is doing what supposed to do, just working. VERY nice support, quickly fixed bugs and added necessary solutions. The latest update which allowed users to quickly export orders individually within the orders tab it is just fantastic. Sometimes for N reasons an order may fail to arrive to your FTP server but with this option all you have to do is force the failed order to be exported again by clicking two buttons and THAT IS IT, awesome.

They have gone above and beyond to help implement new features that we have needed throughout our time using the plugin.

Great app. Simple to use. Very useful in connecting our Shopify store to our in-house fulfillment system.

I tried to contact Exportable twice but they didn't get back to me until the middle of the night both times. Then, they didn't solve my problem either time. The app never worked. As a start-up company with no real tech support, we really count on a quick response. It's frustrating to have to wait when you need a file exported soon and it could be a quick fix on their end.

Does exactly what it says and their support is very responsive. They help you a lot and it's super easy to setup. Highly recommended!

This is the best app for exporting orders to one distribution centre. Absolutely everything is changeable and flexible and the support team are fantastic. Highly recommended.

Mostly works as intended, except we had an issue that orders when changed from "unfulfilled" to "fulfilled" would not automatically get exported (worked fine if we had it setup just to export 'unfulfilled' orders straight away). And as other people have said support seems to be non-existent.

Very efficient app, easy to use and understand. Would recommend
