Was having a small issue / user error reached out to customer support they responded back imminently and helped me resolve my issue. Couldn't ask for a better support team.

This app works like a charm, downloaded it mainly for the collection swatches but they also have beautiful (and highly customizable, which is a plus) product page swatches too! You need to contact customer service for them to active the swatches on the collection page but the process is so simple and fast, I sent a basic request via email and it was completed when I woke up the next morning. This leads me onto customer service, I've had a few requests of them and they willingly helped me and the whole process was super fast. Highly recommend!

This app does exactly what it says it does. Also, the developers were really great in responding and helping out with any issues. Would def recommend to other sellers

Great functionality of the app, and if you have any challenges the support team are great, even making short videos to show you how to edit things. We have updated our store theme a couple of times and they know straight away, and double check everything is working fine.

The app does not perform as described. It has multiple issues with showing the wrong colors and even worse is when you disable the app the wrong color variants do not go away. Highly misguided app and should be taken off the app store to protect other shop owners.

I have been facing some trouble to import all my color swatches but the support was very helpful ! it will be great to have the functionality to update swatch colors by importing only one file and not go through each product group and update them manually

Above & Beyond Customer Support! We had a couple issues with integrating the variant swatches correctly with our collection page & search page layouts. StarApps responded to each help request immediately, promptly fixed the issues within our theme, and continued to check back to make sure we had no further issues. The app makes the swatch style easily customizable so they look great with our theme now. Would 100% recommend!

Our inventory used to be quite complicated because we has so many variants. This app solved our problem! Now we're able to easily link to other colors of an item rather than having all the colors stored as variants within each product. In addition the app looks great and customer service has been very helpful and prompt.
