I tested several apps, and this one is the one I liked more. The support has been very good and fast.

There were some setup issues. Although tech support answers in a day, it is not so fast and especially for a live site. I got conflicting answers on how to do things from 2 different people there, which may have caused a conflict in the way that things work. The biggest problem in the end is that the site was displaying 2 sets of pictures for every variant: 1 from Shopify and 1 from Swatch King. The one from Shopify is not functional, so it was suggested to turn that one off which we did. After turning off Shopify's, we realized that our products that don't have variants were no longer showing visitors the alternate images of products stopped showing as well. They knew that this would happen without warning us. So we needed to decide what to do. The funny thing is that Swatch King said "We have another product that can solve that for you". Come on guys....you are making a Swatch for Shopify stores to be functional. All this functionality should be in one place and not upcharge us for each thing that should have been covered in the first place.

Wonderful app. Will save you hundreds and hundreds of hours working on product data.

very good app but the support is amazing!

To be honest, I'm truly disappointed. I have been using this app for over three months now, and I believe I have gained some level of authority to voice my concerns. I have reached out to them twice to address my issues, but both times have been incredibly frustrating. Their technical support is never available online, despite automated messages promising a response within three hours. However, even after waiting for four sets of three hours, I still haven't received any contact from them. It has been a painful experience, and I am considering switching to a different app. However, due to the significant amount of work involved in such a transition, I have been patiently waiting for their assistance, albeit with a sense of resignation. Therefore, I would once again advise everyone to exercise caution when making their choices, unless you wish to add more workload to themselves in the future.

I really love this app and how many customization options there are. I had to contact the tech support to further customize some things and they were super quick to reply and help. I highly recommend this app.

Editing my review… I had a huge problem with my sizes updating and was so frustrated. Utpal came and fixed the problem. Not only that he made a video showing me how it’s now all fixed and working and was so helpful and clear in communicating. I now give this app five stars again

Swatch King - Variants Options is the best application for customizing variations of sizes and colors on Shopify. You can have confidence with the support team, they are very responsive to various requests.

Great app ! Exactly displaying our variants as we needed ! It's important for customers to be able to see the visual and not only the text. Solving a basic issue from Shopify app not being able to provide this feature. Customer Service could provide faster service.

I can only give 5 stars, if I could I would give 10. The application is what I am looking for and it makes the website look infinitely better for the client's navigability and that is the fundamental thing. Understanding the operation at first is a little big, but you quickly understand that with everything it offers, it has to be as broad as the amount of things it offers. This is really not a problem, because now comes the best, the customer service is out of this world, I have never seen a team that cares so much about helping, it is incredible! and especially who was assisting me: Nikhilesh, an outstanding professional. I fervently recommend the app, the presence of your website will look like a multinational. Don't hesitate, it's worth it for what it serves and for the attention. all perfect.
