Supliful has been very responsive with their customer support, which is very important to me as a business. They work in European time zones, so I have to wait until they're back in the office but that is understandable as they always get back to me. Ultimately, I would like to see them have full 24hr support as people's businesses are on the line. They have a good selection of products, and I like how they are from local suppliers with certifications and quality testing - so all the products they list are of quality. Overall a perfect place to start your supplement dropshipping business. If they can improve one thing, it would be faster fulfillment times, as it can take multiple days to fulfill an order, which is a delay on top of shipping delivery time.

trying to get started, made plenty of labels and all. placed my sample order and have received no feedback. None of my emails have been answered. Would love to start my brand but no answers isnt making it easy

This has been a great way to launch a separate brand to tie in with my existing brick and mortar. Great customer support and setup was easier than i thought it would be.

i was going to give it 3 stars just based on the fact that they took off a lot of products that i was working day and night on especially the only 2 preworkouts they had available. and also not a lot of options for the protein powder flavors. but overlooking those facts customer service is great, the products they do have are excellent for any one looking to start selling either sups or vitamins. great way to get started in the supplement industry if you dont have to capital to make a big investment
