They really fantastic and fast at implementing customisations! I had an idea to sort products on the invoice as ascending by sku number to making packing orders for the dispatch team. This was not a current option they offered but it was implemented in a matter of hours! I highly recommend Sufio!

Does what it promises out of the box, with enough flexibility to adjust to your own needs when those arise. The team has been very helpful making both smaller and bigger adjustments based on our requirements, every time with great result. Definitely recommend!

If your business operates in EU, you cannot surive without Sufio services! Company details and registration numbers in invoice, payments by bank deposit and credit cards, VAT taxes with exemptions per product, credit invoices for refunded items, and all other taxation stuff to make your accountant happy. Not to mention reports which you have to submit to State Revenue service - Sufio provides easy to export reports and summaries. Last but not least - excellent customer service which dives deep in your issue and provides solution.

We are using Sufio for a while, which works good for us, and we had to reach out to Sufio's Customer Service. The contact between customer service was very fast and they did what they said to do. So within a working day the setting were adjusted and our customer benefited from this change. Great Service.

Ich liebe diese App! Meine Rechnungen werden korrekt erstellt. Die Mehrwertsteuer wird ausgewiesen. Ich nutze den Basic-Plan, da ich herade am Aufbau meines Shops www.high-on-ai.com bin. Und er erfüllt fürs erste super meine Anforderungen, bei geringen Kosten. Man weiß ja nicht wie sich der Shop entwickelt. Einzig was mir fehlt, ist die Mobile Version der App. Was aber tur Zeit nicht so schlimm ist. Es funktioniert auch die derzeitige Version, wenn man entsprechend zoomed Zudem lässt sich die Rechnung mit vordefinierten Designs konfigurieren. Ich glaube Änderungen oder ein eigenes Design (Einfügen Logo) ist erst mit der nächst höheren Abo Stufe möglich. Ist aber nicht schlimm, weil ich die vorgefertigten Designs für ein im Start befindlichen Shop auch schon sehr ansprechend finde. Die App liest außerdem die Konfigurationen aus dem Shopifyeinstellungen (Mehrwertsteuer…) Es ist aber auch möglich eigene Werte zu hinterlegen. Die ganze App habe ich jetzt noch nicht vollständig angesehen, aber mit dem was ich bisher genutzt habe bin ich sehr zufrieden. Weiter so und bitte dran bleiben, damit ich nicht gezwungenermaßen auf eine andere App umsteigen muss LG High-On-Ai
