Best App and awesome and fast Customer Support! Installation was super easy, I can definitely recommend it. I had three issues customizing the invoice and the Customer Support fixed it right away.

Sufio has absolutely phenomenal customer support. Jan has helped us set up taxes and invoices for our store, as well as provide advice on a large scope of other aspects. Sufio makes our store EU tax compliant, and Jan takes the experience 3 steps further! Will recommend to other partners.

The does exactly what it should in a super easy way, and the time i safe for the money is a joke. I have never been so surprised over a fast and friendly Customer Service :)

This app has saved me hours in manual invoicing and payments reminders. The Sufio team have provided incredible customer service thus far assisting with setting up some personalised features within our system and doing things for us when our IT skills have been lacking :p We have run into a few issues here and there but have been well looked after by the team to find any possible solution. Thanks so much Sufio - great app!

I had no issues almost for 1 year until the last 2 months where I noticed that all orders are not updated automatically and I have to go through every order in my store and do a manual update which takes alot of time !! It happened more than 10 times in the last 2 months and decided to uninstall the app . Not recommended at all as they were unable to fix this issue . Update : Nov 11th,2017 I received an email from the company manager who was really professional in solving the issue I had and I was completely satisfied. Thanks.

Extremely easy to use. Interfaces with Shopify well. Only reason I cannot give them a 5 star review is because there is no phone support. In today's fast paced business world, having a person you can talk to is paramount.

Haven;t started using app yet, but so far customer service has been 10/10 (Jan rules!). I explained my business problem, they went through the solutions in a professional manner - quick responses too! Look forward to the app fixing a hole for me.

Sufio is what we needed as it allows you to handle international orders with its regulation. Also almost no app allows you to have credit notes... Jan was very fast in replying and adding customisations

This is a must have app! best invoice program that i saw. The support is also exceptional. Send a request and one hour later it was integrated! Would highly recommend it.
