Haven't had any customers use the app yet, but great customer support - any small issues setting up the app have been very quickly resolved.

This app is so simple to install and configure. It does exactly what I needed it to do and it's so intuitive. I'm so glad I downloaded this. I highly recommend it! Update 5/28/23 I've been using this app for several months now, and I am super happy with the app and especially the support/dev team. Rakesh has been so kind and accommodating with my various requests, and he responds very quickly. I hope they continue to develop and maintain this app, because I am definitely never using another subscription service as long as this app is available.

- Customer service: ★★★★★ ; - App: ★★★ . The application is very good apart from some limitations and the customer support is very quick to respond. It would be perfect if you could add the option to be able to select entire collections for each subscription plan to make the process of adding to items in the same category much more immediate! Also, it would be great to choose whether or not to have the discount percentage displayed to the end consumer. I was forgetting the very useful translation function in case of multilingual shops! I will feel free to change my review to 5 stars if these features are added.

Easy to ask for help, and get your head around. This product is pretty great for a free app. Response times from support were within 15 mins although it estimated 45 mins.

I use this app for the subscriptions for my clients. The app is very easy to navigate on both ends and continues to add more features every month. This app differs from the others because they have a customers input tab that you can make app suggestions and they actually look at that and put valid ones in production. This is my goto app for subscriptions.

An easily customizable recurring subscriptions app that doesn't charge per transaction. Such a breath of fresh air, especially for high-volume stores. Amazing customer service. Rakesh went above and beyond to help me. I’m not sure the time difference, but i was working on finalizing some things on a few of my products that needed some recurring billing super late at night, nearly until 2am my time. This was in anticipation of launching our website in two days. Rakesh was extremely thorough in helping me to figure out some sticking points with the apps integration with my Shopify store, and made sure everything was working properly. He routinely checked in with me over several hours while I was working on my site to make sure I was progressing with the app. He had all the answers to questions I had and quickly responded in a personal yet professional manner. The app works great. There’s some small things I would tweak to add a bit more customization to the layout, but Rakesh steered me towards the feedback area of the app where they are actively looking for suggestions on how to improve functionality for the end user. You really couldn’t ask for more from this app. And its free. With a promise to be so for life. Would easily recommend to anyone looking to add subscription or recurrent charges to their Shopify store.

For a free app its amazing, the support is great and the ability to customise the the app works very well. The only part that needs to be considered is the ability to allow customers to change there subscription options other than cancel or pause
