I've just set this app up and it's looking absolutely pukka. It came recommended by a friend who is already using it on sales for £30k/month, I'm only around 10% of that, but the service I received from Stella in the live chat has been incredible. Stella has helped me troubleshoot and even customised the widgets with my own brand colours! I can't wait to start picking up new customers with this app!

We chose Subi as the app for us to run hardcopy magazine subscriptions via Shopify. The scheduling option allows us to accept subscriptions for the current Issue up to a specific time before cutting over to the next Issue, this allows us to forecast accurately. The launch was a little hectic, but we were well supported by the Subi support team. We've ticked over to Issue 2, and the team has been able to help us out with a few tweaks, and it's been smooth sailing since. Highly recommend!

The app is a very great idea for those who can expense it! I was able to try it out and it wasn't the right fit for me because I am a new small business. I installed this app as it was only a few app that supported Japanese (and wide range of languages). I had a problem editing text to be Japanese as something was showing in English. Dela was there to help me solve a problem swiftly! She shared detail descriptions and screen shots and my problem was solved within a few minutes. I was about to cancel the app before talking to Dela but she was a star to help me out!

Subi has been fantastic so far! I needed an app that could do BOTH product subscriptions and memberships. After reaching out, they allowed my store to try the Membership beta and so far its solved all my problems. Having my subscriptions and memberships all in one place has been a game changer. The UI is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The cherry on top has been the excellent customer service. I have gotten swift response times and all problems solved by their team.
