The app is incredibly easy to set up and get going and the customer support is impeccable. Our only "gripe" with the app is the inability to customize the customer portal to be on-brand which is incredibly important to us. Other than that, we cannot recommend using this app enough. Nice lil' app, there is some room for improvement in the setting's UI from my point of view but it does the job really well. Plus, it's now translatable for website that have multiple languages, which is nice!

This app isn't easy to figure out at times, and anytime I needed a question answered, or simply reassurance knowing I was doing things correctly, I had someone answering me quickly. Even at 10 PM at night! Just starting to use this product but so far the setup has been very easy, i setup my memberships in less than 20 minutes, the user guides and videos were helpful but the support team was so great. They were very responsive and went above and beyond. Can't wait to start making money!

Absolutely blown away by the level of support. Having not been expecting too much from a simple app on shopify. I’ve had technical queries sorted and followed up on. I’ve had a face to face meeting and had some really useful advice that I have begun implementing straight away. These people know what they’re doing and are really good at it!!!

This has been a wonderful experience. The customer service is excellent. They walk you through the set up step-by-step on a zoom call. The customer service rep who helped me set it all up (Hi Yasaman!) is also my go-to person at the company, so I feel like I'm in good hands.
