FRAUDULENT AND FALSE CHARGES. DO NOT INSTALL. TERRIBLE TRANSITION FROM RECHARGE THAT CAUSED TONS OF CHARGEBACKS AND WRONG SUBSCRIPTIONS BEING CREATED. THEY SENT A FALSE EMAIL TO MANY OLD CANCELLED SUBSCRIBERS AND THEN CHARGED ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FRAUDULENTLY

There are some interesting clunky things on Subify that I can't seem to figure out on my own just yet and I am still learning the ropes! There are a lot of customizations available and it is simple to manage. One of the best features is the customer service, if I'm ever having any issues, they are quick to respond and help me resolve any issues. Exactly what we needed for our subscription based service, and immediately on setting up a subscription, a chat box appeared with a live, real-life help agent who answered all of my questions very quickly and made sure that everything had gone to plan! They were quick and knowledgeable. There are lots of ways to set up subscriptions, and instructions to apply these to page and products pop up at relevent steps so that it's smooth and beginner-friendly, no code or tech knowledge required! I was super impressed by the awesome customer support. They really helped me to set up everything that I wanted, which would have probably taken me hours to do myself, very quickly. While it's user-friendly and effective for managing subscriptions, I found it lacked integration with ActiveCampaign, our marketing platform. Despite this, its seamless subscription creation makes it a solid choice for Shopify merchants seeking hassle-free management. Efficient and kind support team.

Hasti was unbelievably helpful. The app is easy to use, but I had a couple of customizations that she quickly implemented for me. I didn't have to ask for help. As soon as I installed it and started working, Hasti showed up and helped me get set up. I have a lot of confidence in their product because of the attention they give to their customers.
