Customer service is great. I tried a few different subscription options but they left some things to be desired. With Subify, I tried it and found a couple of UI bugs and immediately turned it off. However, a customer success representative reached out immediately after I installed the app and they ended up fixing all of my issues very quickly! Nothing is more important to us than helping our merchants grow easily and quickly.
