After downloading countless overpriced and overly complicated apps with little to no support, Subify has been a breath of fresh air—and that's largely thanks to Miles! I was initially overwhelmed, trying to bring my ideas to life but struggling with the platform. Miles made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. He walked me through the app step by step, all while keeping things humorous and light. He even jumped in to make everything look exactly how I wanted. If you're using Subify, do yourself a favor and request his support. He's absolutely amazing!

I've been in e-commerce for 8 years. I have NEVER experienced the kind of personal attention I just received here. An actual human helped me do exactly what I needed AND checked on the things I asked her to check to be sure everything was correct. Not once was I just sent a link to some random article that didn't answer my question. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Customer service was amazing and from what I can see the pricing is really great in comparison to other options. I had an unusual request, it wasn't obvious to me if I could set it up as an option but customer service walked me through it and showed me that almost any configuration is possible. I wanted to use this service to make my products more accessible to my lower income earning customers. This isn't a usual use for subscriptions, it usually more about convenience. I have high hopes that this will be a great service to my customers. Thank you Subify!

The app is very easy to add on the store. The interface is easy to use. The customer service is great. After installed the app, I had a few questions, the live chat person answered / solved questions right away.

It’s a powerful tool with excellent features, and the ability to allow customers to modify their subscriptions without canceling is a huge win. Startups should apply for their Early Stage Program on their Pricing page! They gave me a 77% discount for 4 months to try out their growth plan! This gives my startup a fighting chance especially since we have a tight budget!
