Subify were great. I had just set up a subscription service. I am not techy and was having an issue with the pricing options. I spoke with Melika and she spent a lot of time working through the issue and sorting the problem out. It's helped to make my website look more professional. I downloaded the app today after pulling my hair out trying to get another app to work. I chatted with support and they were kind and helpful. It took me less than 2 hours to set up the subscriptions, test the site for each product and send for fulfilment testing. Quick, simple, streamlined, and my favorite feature...completely straightforward in how to set it up. No crazy loopholes like some other apps. Thank you so much! This app came recommended and I will pass on the favor or recommending to others who ask me what subscription app to use for shopify. Thank you Subify. You made my day 10x easier!

Je trouve l'application super, j'ai installé ca pour ma marque, je n'ai pas encore fais des ventes mais c'est bien que ca nous permet de faire des ventes jusqu'à 300$ pour tester l'application, le service client est réactif moi j'ai eu Stella au chat qui a répondu a toute mes questions. Ensuite j'ai eu Rick qui est venu a l'aide car je n'arriver pas l'installer sur ma page produit il m'a guidé de A-Z pour faire tout. Merci pour l'application et de votre service. Je recommande

The subi subscription platform is very flexible and works really well for our needs! The customer service also both responsive and effective. Highly recommended!

Miles was so fantastic! He was very prompt in answering our questions. He gave us pictures that were very helpful as well as giving us articles that could further explain. He made sure we had all the infomation we needed to help with all our many questions. He is awesome. He is a very intelligent and valuable employee!
