The app is very convenient to use and staff always helps with all questions! All has been so great and I appreciate the app.

Although there were some communication issues and different consultants attending to the same issue, we eventually still managed to resolve the issue.

I think this is the best app I have ever come across in my Shopify Life! It is truly amazing and the Customer Service is just beyond. Even if you don't need a review app (which you do!) you have to install Stamped.io! If there was a 10 star rating, I would give 11! LOVE!!!!

Had problems re-installing the widget after a major crash in the debut theme in Shopify but got really good support after reaching out to the stamped.io team. The way this app tallies reviews is silly. 5 days into the month and we were already at our 3500 review limit. Apparently, we have reviews from September still pending scheduling. You can never get caught up or start at zero because of the way this app adds. I dont even want reviews from 2 months ago. This structure does not serve the customer and ensures you always have to upgrade. I have no idea how to get reviews on current orders because the app is still spending reviews from September.

Good App. Gets the job done. The pricing and plans could be better though. Interface and widget is good.

Great experience with Stamped. Used it over several themes (Debut & Narrative). Had minor challenges when migrating from one theme to another but Stamped team was top-class! Quick on responses and fat with actions! Strongly recommended!
