Very good customer support, easy to use and install. Very friendly user interface. Good app. We run it on all stores and would recommend to others.

I had an issue with reviews no longer displaying on product pages. Mohamad (Amar) quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. His prompt response was greatly appreciated.

We just downloaded this app this week and are so impressed with it so far. It was very easy to customize the follow up review request email as well as the website widget. When trying to make some more complicated adjustments in the code, the support team was very fast to respond with great solutions and even went in themselves to fix a part of the code for me. Very happy we found this app and look forward to continuing to use it to grow our brand.

Stamped.io is so easy to use and seamless to integrate with email marketing software and other upsell/postpurchase upsell apps. Their customer service is top notch. Up next, I'll be giving their loyalty program a shot.

We launched a year ago with Shopify Reviews which was a great way to build up our reviews. We needed higher conversion on review submissions and wanted to focus on great collection features. We selected Stamped.io for our trial and have been super impressed with the features and integration to key shopify features like discounts and product info. We were so impressed that we expanded to their rewards App and everything is really nicely integrated. Their support team is super responsive and pretty much solves any ask you need. Super satisfied with this app and team.

The app has been useful in letting my customers leave reviews of products easily + quickly. The star placement under the listing title is perfect for letting customers know immediately what ratings are when they click on an item. I also appreciate that it tells you what country the reviewer is from, as well as stating "verified buyer" next to their name.

We just opened our store and this app was easy to setup and get reviews from our customers. It has many customization options. Highly recommended.

I used this app when I found out I had to upgrade another app to an exorbitant $299pm! Stamped.io's Judy was excellent in getting me set up even when we had to do a re-download of my reviews! Great app. I use it for the free features and one day hope to have enough business to force me to upgrade to a paid plan. Works perfectly with my store and now customers can leave reviews. Really helps make me look better online. Highly recommend this app as it's really easy to setup and use right away. I had it all figured out pretty quickly. Have not needed to contact support, so can't rate that aspect.

I tried this app after many failed attempts with a competitor app - I struggled initially with getting stamped to work, however the customer service from stamped was impeccable, super quick responses at 10pm, logging into my account for me to fix the issue themselves. Cannot fault them. Excellent customer service.
