Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

Stamped.io is a great app for collecting reviews. The support from the developers is exceptional. We recently migrated form Wordpress to Shopify and they helped to transfer all the reviews with no fuss.

They are very prompt about answering questions and quick at implementing widgets and code to make reviews look good and work well on your pages.

I love this app. the support is very helpful, they reply in less than an hour, and the app customization is very easy to do, very recomended.

Does everything we need it to do with no issues. Customer service is also great! Super responsive and courteous. Would recommend!

The Shopify app makes it east to sell my merchandise and keep up with inventory too. Syncs with other selling sites as well. I like Shopify for my small business

The app looks great, two days into it, bought the basic plan, customer support really fast and efficient, would recommend as far no problems and everything is fine

Very poor experience. The widget breakes page code & can't be removed properly (though I uninstalled it, some pieces of it are still active on my pages). Never got answers from the support when I reached out for help when I used it & now their request system seems to be broken so it's impossible to reach out to them. Also, the subscription fee is way above market average. I strongly advise to user another tool than this one.

Just started using Stamped.io for reviews and have been liking what I see so far. The free plan has enough functionality to get a small business started in collecting reviews.

The customer service is responsive. Ran into issues with billing settings as well as app widgets and they are fast to help,

It is really great for building trust with customers. The dynamic vs static coupons were a little confusing but it is a great tool! I had some issues with emails getting through but tech support was via email and they got back to me within a day. Tech support is really good compared to other apps.

Stamped.io is a great reviews app, but more importantly they have one of the most responsive support teams I've ever worked with.

I'm on the free plan and have set up a sequence of two emails to request product reviews. While I have found the app difficult to navigate and set up (maybe it's easier on the Paid plans), their support is very helpful and quick to respond.

We use this app for personal recommendation and it works perfectly, as a small company it is helpful to have a free app that does this )) also their customer's service was responsive and nice, I had my issue solved quickly))

The best customer service ever. In literally 1 hour they installed a reviews widget to a completely custom place for a completely custom theme, downloaded from Envato Elements. Love the app, love everything about it.

Overall, the app is great. I like the automation components. I wish certain features didn't need higher subscriptions but I have no complaints about the app. Customer service was quick and effective.
