Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

I recently switched & seem to really like all the features the app has to offer. I also reached out a couple times for questions & assistance & they got back to me super quick & were very helpful. I like having the reviews under the products & it's nice to be able to resend review requests to customers from a easy to use dashboard. I can see there are several other features that I have yet to discover, but they look really cool & looking forward to utilizing this very nice app. Thank you =)

*Long Honest Review, hope it helps. I've been using LOOX and Yotpo in the past. LOOX was good as it's extremely user friendly. Yotpo had super fast service. I only installed this as I recently installed the rewards and thought having both from the same company would be easier. For the amount of users this has I'm surprised how slow the service is. The app isnt user friendly and not straight forward. I'll see how it goes during this trial period. I had CSA reply to this review faster than my issue is to be solved. The CSA comes across as a little rude. Negative feedback is a chance for business's to adapt and grow in areas that might be lacking (ie response times/service) . My feedback is an honest experience and first impression of Stamped.io. CSA's should work to provide a solution instead of a defense to such feedback. Update! There are some features on the PAID plan that are not available in Australia and many other countries so read the fine print. Other platforms such as smile or yotpo have added on extra features to secure your business, with Stamped that's not the case it's more of a too bad for you situation. I've spent weeks back and forth trying to get it set up like Loox/Yotpo so I will see how it goes however so far I would suggest going with Loox or Yotpo.

I wanted to set up the app my self but for the first time it was hard. I sent an email, and it replies to me within 10 min he helps me so MUCH and reply so fast. best review app ever!! LETS GO

Awesome app till now. Just like to request to provide atleast 100 Customers and Photo Review in Free version. Also the social Sharing of reviews on Facebook is not working properly. please fix that.

The app is very user-friendly with alot of features to customise. Customer Service is one of the best that I have come across for a Shopify App. I highly recommend Stamped.io for reviews!

My team has used this app for the last year and it has provided a great deal of value. The widgets are easy to install, set up, and manage, though I still needed to use some custom CSS to get the look just right. The customer follow-up emails with product recommendations are terrific, and I like that we're able to respond to reviews and have those responses appear on our website. Customer service is also top-notch. I get my questions answered almost immediately, and they're able so solve problems without any hassle whatsoever.

We switched to this app for reviews after trying many others, including Y*tPo, that were more expensive with a way less enjoyable UX. Happy to have made the switch. Also, we just recently had a simple issue on our theme & a team member responded very quickly and had already fixed it! Very impressive.

I just started using this app and I love it so far. It is user-friendly and easy to operate. I needed some assistance important previous reviews and I reached out to support, they handled it for me in under an hour. Received way more reviews than normal.

I am just starting to integrate the app into my Shopify store and cannot give a a complete evaluation yet It might be higher after I really have a chance to use it. I like the features and have it partially running on my site. I wanted to test drive the free version before deciding, which paid version would work best. There is no support for the free version so I am trying to find Youtube videos to help with my specific issues but this has been very time consuming. I am not a techie and run the store by myself, so I do not have a lot of time to invest. It would be nice if there was a good learning resource to help with the process of getting it up and running properly. Hopefully I can figure things out and get the most out of it.

Simply the best ! Better than all the other review apps out there! I've tested out a lot of the other review apps (loox, judge.me etc) & the Stamped.io is definitely the best, It's much easier to customise & much easier to implement than the other apps. The others can be very fiddly & time consuming but Stamped.io is far easier. Saves you a lot of wasted time.

I was looking for an easy-to-implement but feature-rich plugin to collect testimonials and I'm 100% satisfied with Stamped.io.

Love the app and functionality. It's also very easy to install, even if you have a theme that's not supported enough. Also, tech support is top notch! Ridiculously fast response for an issue I was experiencing.

Great app. Support was awesome. I needed some modification which wasn't part of the normal app functionality and the team sorted it out for me very quickly.
