Update - August 20204: My product reviews wasn’t showing in my store and I had no idea why. I reach out to the Stamped team on a weekend when I discovered the problem, i wasn’t expecting a reply until the following week, James got back to me started investigating the problem. The issue was that I’d updated my theme and the Stamped script hadn’t transferred across. Within 24 hours James had fixed the problem and my reviews are now showing again. I wasn't receiving replies to my support requests, for some reason, until someone from the team reached out to me directly and got to the bottom of the issue. The Stamped team had their app installed within hours of me sending a request as I couldn't do it. I look forward to using the app as I like the automatic/scheduled review messages customers will get.

Stamped.io really know what they're doing when it comes to reviews. I've tried others and basically customers actually leave reviews using this app - which is the main thing! Also, little things like the quality of the product image 'pulled' from the product page to the review request email is excellent compared to other apps. The Stamped.io team are excellent, and all really understand their system well and are able to provide seriously good customer care. There are helpful pages on their site explaining everything, but if you don't understand a member of their team will explain it and provide little videos that make everything super clear. They're also quick to respond and do whatever they can to help you, eg creating the review widgets on your site pages for you. I'm probably making it all sound like it's a bit of effort to get set up - it's not. But a little bit more effort when you already have a spreadsheet of reviews that need importing, if you're moving from another review provider. In fact, I have returned to Stamped.io having been talked into trying an alternative provider for an additional benefit (which didn't work in any case!). All I can say is, when something works one can easily take it for granted. Now that I have returned to using Stamped.io, I have even more trust in their knowledge and have moved up a notch to a plan that will provide all the more features and benefits, such as their loyalty scheme and add more features to the reviews. This will ultimately make it easier for potential customers to find reviews that address any anxieties they may have (using keywords). It's been a hard lesson, but I'm so pleased to be back with Stamped.io, I really am. Thanks so much for your help guys : )

Updated in 2024 July: Stamped changed its billing policy to a tiered one based on number of orders per month. We import all our orders from another platform into Shopify. These orders do not have email addresses and yet are counted towards the monthly order limit. 2020: I used this app to collect more user generated content e.g. photos, use cases for our products and also to display reviews based on product groups instead of individual products. Support was responsive and effective in helping us resolve issues encountered during set-up e.g. custom fonts, custom forms. Working great now. Thanks Alyssa!

Every time that we have had to reach out to Stamped, they have been so quick to respond and so kind. They ALWAYS have my issues resolved within 1-2 hours at the most. Most of the time much quicker than that!! If I could give them 6 stars I would I have had the privilege of working with multiple people ( Sid and Brittany come to mind first ) They are incredible! Repeated Issues with Importing Reviews from AliExpress to Stamped.io and Unresolved Problems. I've been using the Stamped.io app for my Shopify store for some time now, and while the app has some useful features, my overall experience has been frustratingly negative. The primary issue I've encountered is with the API integration, specifically when trying to import reviews from AliExpress and dealing with very slow customer support response and resolution. Every time I attempt this, I receive an error message stating that no HTTP resource was found to match the request URI. Despite attempting to resolve the issue with customer support assistance, the problem remains unresolved. I've reached out to Stamped.io support multiple times about this issue, but unfortunately, the problem persists. It's disappointing to see that this critical functionality is consistently unreliable. The lack of resolution and the repeated nature of this issue have made it difficult to trust the app's reliability. While the app has potential and offers good features when it works, the repeated technical issues and lack of effective support have been a significant drawback. I hope that Stamped.io can address these issues promptly and improve their support response to provide a better user experience.
