Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

The support team is great. I trialled a couple of different review apps. I decided to go with this one as I can customise the emails fully to match the rest of my email marketing. I think this is so important. Customers can also do their review in the actual email so they don't even have to leave their mail app. Being able to offer a coupon when I customer completes a review is also a great feature. Overall very happy with the app so far.

Fantastic little app that really seems to pull in a lot of reviews! Edit - Nine months later and this app is still pulling in a TON of reviews for us! And the support is always lighting fast and super helpful! 2nd Edit - Just over two year later now, and almost three thousand reviews. I'm constantly amazed at how many reviews Stamped.io pulls in for us. And it's been a LONG time since we needed any kind of technical support, but whenever we HAVE needed support in the past, Tommy and his team were quick and efficient in helping us fix whatever needed fixing.

Already have deployed this app across numerous sites. The developers, consistently, go above and beyond to implement and customize. The app makes acquiring and managing reviews a breeze. For what it offers (and it punches lots of power), it is extremely reasonably priced... especially compared to the competition. Hands down, give it an A+++++++

VERY quick and helpful customer service. Unlike other apps that only have support during the middle of the night on weekdays (India time), I was able to get support with my issues right away, no matter what day or time. Highly recommend this app! It has a lot more optionality than the Shopify product reviews and it’s also perfect for someone who has one-of-a-kind products like me and prefers store-wide reviews rather than product reviews.

Super Easy to use, would be handy to have it drop in widgets via a css tag added to a div and then the widget appears under that element but other than that great.

I decided to replace the free Shopify Product Reviews app with the Stamped.io version to achieve more flexibility and control over this aspect of my store. I did need some assistance but Martin from Support was extremely helpful - thumbs up you guys do an awesome job. Great app!

Wow! What a great review app. We love that it will automatically send emails to customers and ask them to leave a review on products they've ordered. We don't have to do much work! We can look over reviews before they go live and even respond to customers. So glad the customers can upload images as well! Worth every penny :)

It is a very good app from the technical point of view. I had an administrative glitch that resulted in temporary double charging but the App's customer support worked with Shopify to get double payments refunded. Good app and good customer service!

We love this app. We have been using it for several months and could not be happier. Not only makes it easier for us to gather product reviews but it also has helped us attract new business. And if you ever have a question, support is super fast and gets you right back on track within minutes. And all features you can think off are in the app. Easy to install and get going.

The app is very complete and full of useful features. That's definitely a big plus. A little note not especially for me but for some people, it's that this app requires a bit of knowledge and research for some functions to work and use them properly. But not a big deal. We've been using this ap for about 5 months now. It is super easy to install and set up and tweak. The customer support is prompt, courteous and super knowledgeable. They return emails and will even go in and fix problems for you. We can't say enough great things about this ap. Our reviews are our lifeline to our business and our customers leave amazing reviews. It is very userfriendly too. So, it is great not to have to worry about this ap and if it is hard for our customers to figure out and possibly lose a review. Bonus, it works all the time. We haven't had any issues and the one issue we had Ivan fixed it immediately. It was an issue on our end with our platform but they were all over it and fixed it.
