Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

I decided to replace the free Shopify Product Reviews app with the Stamped.io version to achieve more flexibility and control over this aspect of my store. I did need some assistance but Martin from Support was extremely helpful - thumbs up you guys do an awesome job. Great app!

So far so good on using this app. I have just installed and configured the service. Looking forward to utilizing the full suite of options. The support during set has been great.

We've been using this ap for about 5 months now. It is super easy to install and set up and tweak. The customer support is prompt, courteous and super knowledgeable. They return emails and will even go in and fix problems for you. We can't say enough great things about this ap. Our reviews are our lifeline to our business and our customers leave amazing reviews. It is very userfriendly too. So, it is great not to have to worry about this ap and if it is hard for our customers to figure out and possibly lose a review. Bonus, it works all the time. We haven't had any issues and the one issue we had Ivan fixed it immediately. It was an issue on our end with our platform but they were all over it and fixed it.

Stamped.io does a great job! I get reviews for my store by sending out emails to gather them up. When I needed help getting my schema markup coded they quickly and safely helped with no problems. Its definitely worth the fee for this quality app with superb client service. Thanks a bunch guys!

It is a very good app from the technical point of view. I had an administrative glitch that resulted in temporary double charging but the App's customer support worked with Shopify to get double payments refunded. Good app and good customer service!

Installed for a few months since - no reviews yet, but seems like a great app with good functions for now.

I love the feedback system Stamped IO has put together. It is quite similar to Amazon and Etsy, and I know from experience it helps others to decide to purchase from you over other "unrated" sites. We love this app. We have been using it for several months and could not be happier. Not only makes it easier for us to gather product reviews but it also has helped us attract new business. And if you ever have a question, support is super fast and gets you right back on track within minutes. And all features you can think off are in the app. Easy to install and get going.

The app is very complete and full of useful features. That's definitely a big plus. A little note not especially for me but for some people, it's that this app requires a bit of knowledge and research for some functions to work and use them properly. But not a big deal. The overall experience is great

Stamped is amazing so far. The only thing I did not like is that they send out emails automatically if you already have existing customers. Otherwise the app and support are absolutely amazing and the pricing is more reasonable than some of their competitors. Their conversions is great! Thumbs Up!!!

Plugin does his job very well and the customer support is just awesome - they helped me with 3 different things including widget customization, seo optimization and others!

I'm still in the trial period but so far this app has been easy to use in terms of importing previous reviews. The best feature is that it automatically sends emails to customers who place an order and allows for them to post reviews with photos. The possibilities are endless with the more premium plans. The team are also really responsive, and helped us set up a faster loading page script within minutes. Fantastic all round.

Awesome support, always at hand to help with integration issues or other problems. Will continue using for sure.

The Stamped.io app is simply amazing and easy to use! Customer service is absolutely top notch and I can't say enough about how helpful the Stamped.io team was getting us up and running (Even on the weekend). We came over from another very popular review app that is very nice but has just skyrocketed in pricing over the years. Stamped.io has every feature you need and more. The platform provides an easy to use interface for us and for our customers. You just can't go wrong with this app. I highly recommend everyone who has a Shopify store to get this app. Update: I usually dont follow up with updates on an app but we have been using this app for a couple of years now and the Stamped.io customer service continues to be just top notch amazing! We just have not received the type of great responses to questions and features from other apps like we have from Stamped .io. They are simply the best!

Not only is the app wonderful, and provide customers a venue to leave feedback on products for others to review but the support is AMAZING as well. They always respond very quickly and help out with any questions or implementations we may need help with.
