What I like the most is not only the app but also their service. The team has been very helpful. What really amazed me is that it seems they have their tech people as the service, so they could always easily understand what my problem is. Far exceeds the basic review ability of shopify. Much better layout, ability to request reviews from customers and entice them with discounts is helpful in getting social proof (in the form of reviews). Thank you!

Installation was fairly simple. I ran into a small snag and they helped me out pronto. So far a great experience.
