This website has been so good to me. I wish it had more templates for us to choose from but its overall a great investment. I would be lost without Shopify! They also gave me a free POS system! There are a lot of options out there for Apps that cover all sorts of needs - the best ones are those that can be molded and customized for our own requirements and needs. The product and team at Stamped.io combined have made this a very worthwhile for us! First up its the only reviews App we found where customers review directly from their email! Out the box it was good, then it took a little time for us to get the hang of it, making it much better, but having our suggestions, recommendations and requests immediately acted on, made it superb. The support of the tech team making quick changes is hugely appreciated. Huge shout out to Judy for helping implement both the Reviews and accompanying Loyalty & Rewards products, as well as the Founder, Tommy, for caring about how we're doing.

I've tried about every review app on the appstore including loox and judge, but no app comes close to stamped Stamped has by far the best review importer because it lets you see all the reviews at once and you can choose which ever you want to import, which is a lot better than how the other review apps handle importing. You can also import more than one picture per review, which some of the other apps including loox don't let you. And you can even correct the translation for the reviews, which is a huge plus because most of the reviews on aliexpress are in other languages and the english translations aren't perfect The support team were also incredibly quick to help me make adjustments to my review widget and to patiently answer all the questions I had! We have been using this app for several years now. It works seamlessly with Shopify and makes it easy for us to review and publish new reviews. It also integrates with Slack allowing our team to see the reviews coming in about our products.

I tried to collect feedback using google reviews, but that has not been effective at all. Now i can send out reminders, ask for specific details about the purchase/goods (like: where did you use this) and my customers happily provide pictures of the goods. Stamped comes with a fair pricing and is highly customizable, even in the lowest plan!

Setting up was quite easy with the step by step guide pop up. Somewhat forced to give a review to get the request off the screen. Would have preferred to give the review after having it installed for a few days. Looks like it may be a good app though. If all goes well will get the paid plan.

The app has been working great and when I needed some guidance, their team was responsible and extremely patient and helpful. I am quite sure that I am not using this app to its fullest capabilities, but Rome wasn't built in a day and I am learning! What's nice is knowing that the Stamped.io team is there for me if I have any questions. WOOT!

Speedy and accurate! When I had an issue with updating the review section of my website I contacted them through the help link and they fixed if quickly and accurately.

It is early days yet but it is good to have customers the option of leaving a review of my unique and detailed pastel artwork. Also the customer service has been second to none - many thanks everyone for your support!

Works great! It took some time to install it properly but besides that, it is a very helpful app. It has more options than the other app I was using.

Awesome support, We had to add to import reviews and the team helped us over 20 emails until everything was perfect! I really suggest you take them as a cheaper alternative to many review services.
