Came across to Stampd from another large review company....change over was a breeze. Imported previous reviews no problems. Customer service is top notch. Very responsive and helpful. Have synced reviews across multiple stores which was a nice touch.

Great app and superb customer service. They took quick care and solved my issues 100%. Lets see how the app now plays out over a longer period.

Amazing app. We were debating between Yotpo and Stamped, and were testing out the different platforms. Stamped is definitely more user-friendly and super transparent with the features & pricing. Excellent customer service as well - Ivan really helped us a lot and made our transition from shopify reviews to Stamped a whole lot easier. Update: A huge thanks to Alyssa, Ivan, and the stamped team for helping me out with the checkout comments & reviews. The team was really helpful and even gave suggestions to improve the deliverability of our stamped review emails.

The Stamped.io support team are the very best. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! They are super quick at responding to questions. I love how the reviews are posted automatically to our Facebook Page.

Could be installed without programing. Free plan fit me. Enough for beginner. I need to learn other functions.

The app is very easy to use from a shop admin point of view and also for our customers. We recommend this app for easy management of your reviews. Improvements that would make it more user-friendly for the shop admin: 1. Being able to add hyperlinks to refer customers to a specific URL. 2. If the app could create review links for individual products. It has a feature where one can do that, but if you have many products and variants it is a nightmare to do this manually.

Great free app for getting started with reviews on your shopify store. It has all the things your need for small stores and the stuff you'll want when you progress to a larger shop

Brilliant app, received a review within five minutes of installing. Shout out to Alyssa who resolved a technical issue instantly.

Still a good app, although sometimes doesn't load properly through the Shopify dashboard, requires a refresh. Previous review in July 2019: Excellent Customer support by Ivan. Had an issue over the weekend, wasn't expecting a reply but he actually sorted out the issue the same day. Previous review Jan.2017: Great app, definitely worth installing. Only issue is with which reviews show up when using the option to display a full page of reviews. Apart from that, quite good.

I like how it automatically schedules out emails to the customers, giving them enough time to receive the order and check out the product. This is a great review app and I'm so glad I found it.

The support team is so helpful!! Can't be happier about their service. I wanted to change something that I couldn't do or figure out how to do through their customization page, I got a response back from Marcel in less than an hour and it changed to exactly the way I wanted it when I viewed my store again. The app overall is super easy to use, and a lot of customization to play with.

Well, I have one problem that don't show the star icon under product title. I wrote to the support and within 15 minutes they solved it. It's was very fast and very helpful. I'm really satisfied. If you want a great app for reviews, then stamped.io it is.

Great service - always incredibly fast to respond & find fixes to solutions in the theme or admin section.

On APP Store shows $9 mo. but when you install the app they ask for $15 mo. for the basic plan. Ridiculous!!!

We have been using Stamped.io for customer reviews and love how it works. Great app and Top-Notch customer service.
