*UPDATED REVIEW 2/28/20* A formatting issue suddenly appeared with how our reviews were being displayed. We reached out via the app's chat function to request assistance. And within 24 hours Marcel had resolved the issues, even communicating back and forth throughout. This app has THE BEST, incomparable, customer service of anything on the Shopify App Store. Thanks Marcel! Always great working with you guys. *ORIGINAL REVIEW* This app is very intuitive to configure and set up from the Stamped.io admin account. I was able to migrate my existing Shopify reviews easily and customize my emails quickly. Even with the free account type, I received responses to my support questions quickly. Once I upgraded to a paid account, I was able to create a more customized experience with the help of Ivan O. Thank you so much for being professional and living up to the great reviews that are already posted in the app store!

We would give 6 stars if it were possible ... these guys are rock-stars. They walked us through every setup: importing reviews, customizations for the store, google shopping, etc. They have great English and are very responsive. You'll be working with an exceptional team of developers who care and it shows. Stamped.io is a rare gem in a sea of other apps. Finally, don't even get me started on the value. Transparent pricing and 100x more cost-efficient than Yotpo!

Probably the best review app out there. Integrates smoothly and is easy to use. Works as expected and has a few extra features that can be very helpful for the store!

I just installed this app but so far so good! It does exactly what I needed and more. It's very user friendly and easy to configure. I had a feature request and got a response within minutes of emailing support.

Running both the Reviews and Rewards programs in the app. Best thing about the app is the service from the team, often getting a response from the Founder, Tommy. Documentation on everything isn't the best but the support definitely makes up for it. Going live next week so will update if any problems arise.

Self explanatory... very easy to use!!! Works well within the shopify app...will refer to other shopify users

Amazing app, does exactly what it says its going to do, delivers a lot of social proof and helps drive sales

We installed the app yesterday and had a few teething issues. I emailed Stamped.io and within a couple of hours I received a reply from Alyssa. She had been in and fixed the problems straightaway. Not only did she help with the issues I had mentioned in my email but she also went beyond that and corrected a couple of other things. I emailed again with a few more questions, she replied and addressed those points too. It is very early days as we're still in the trial period, but if the service is anything to go by then I'm very impressed.

I'm verry happy with Stamped.io, the reviews are easy to collect and their design is nice on the website. The team is really nice and ready to help, thank you again Alyssa !

I've recently switched to this app from another reviews app because of the rich snippets recognized by google, but it comes with so many more benefits, I can't tell you how happy I am! Judy has been amazing to work with - very patient and knowledgable. Thanks

App is difficult to set up and use, does not work with gmail and did not collect any reviews for me during the six weeks I used it. When I decided to change apps, I was unable to download the reviews I had collected from another app and imported into stamped.io., despite following their method of using filters. If you have a lot of time and patience to spend chatting with customer support, you can probably get this to work. If you want an app that works out of the box, however, this is not it.

So easy to use and implement into my store theme. I love that I can see and approve each review as it comes in!

Stamped.io has been a fantastic tool to use with lots of customizations and great support. This is not just a reviews app, there's much more available. Recommended!

This app was implemented in my store early on. The layout is clean and it is exactly what I am looking for. On top of that, I had some troubles in the beginning with the layout and they helped me through it to make it completely optimized. I highly recommend this app!!

The app is great and your customer service is fantastic. I needed to contact your team to make a custom change to where the reviews will appear my website and I emailed your company for directions on how to do so. They actually did it for me and responded very quickly which is greatly appreciated. 

Like the app. Decent reporting, and they keep improving features. Good customization options with the widgets, and when we needed review stars to show up in a different place, they were able to take care of it for us. Also, Rich Snippets for Google Merchant Center, which some review apps don't provide. Definitely check this one out if you're looking for features, analytics, and support.

Have only had the app for a week. Customisations need a developer but the basic features are great and so is the customer service after installation.
