We started with the free plan and then upgraded. Overall, it works very well and can be adapted to any language. Nice app! Update: When covid struck and we lost all our revenue overnight due to inability to ship, they wouldn't let us pause subscription and preserve data (like all other apps). They said asked us not to and they promised to apply a credit instead but actually charged us at the end of the month. Thinking only of themselves.

The best review app!! The customer service is second to none!! Everything works smoothly without any issues!

I changed updated my Theme and needed assistance in adding the review code to my shop. I am not knowledgeable with code. Within an hour I received an email letting me know that the code was added for me. Was very satisfied. Very nice and courteous.

Amazing! is it possible to remove the date of publication of the reviews? The app is so cool! It's a good plan (sorry for my english i'm french) ;)

I think it's good app but i'm still not using all of features , reviews are the customer satisfaction content so really need to focus

We switched from Yotpo to Stamped.io a year ago for two Shopify stores and have never looked back. I installed Stamped.io to be able to display product reviews on individual product pages and to set up workflows that automatically request reviews from customers that have purchased. I found the app easy to set up and so far have been really pleased with the way it works - it's doing exactly what I had hoped. I've also been really impressed by the service support which is 24 hour and goes above and beyond in terms of helping edit code/branding etc.

Have recently signed up, but already love the product and can see it will make a difference to my conversions. However in addition to a great product, absolutely brilliant Customer Service too! I reached out via email and had a speedy reply from Alyssa. This app is very easy to use and has a lot of nice features that you can upgrade to that are very affordable and the support team is amazing. Would definitely recommend for small businesses that need social proof on their sites to convert sales.
